Economic Assessment of the Construction of Passive and Active Houses
Ondra, Filip ; Komosná, Milada (referee) ; Hrdlička, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis examines the economics of use of technologies linked with low-energy, passive, and active house construction which is presently very often a topic of interest. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate economic effectivity of additional investment into construction materials leading to reduction of heating requirements of the evaluated family house. Furthermore, economics of the use of advanced technologies of ventilation, different heat sources and photovoltaic power plant are assessed. The result is a complex evaluation of different alternatives of the house which makes this thesis helpful in answering the question whether these additional investments will pay off.
Study of the effect of construction materials on the thermal stability of the low-energy buildings
Mikeš, Vít ; Skříček, Darek (referee) ; Šťastník, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the study of the impact of the construction materials on heat stability of the low-energy buildings. The study aims at comparison of heating and energetic sings for three different material versions of the construction solution of a house.
Detached Family Residence
Staněk, Martin ; Omishore, Ayodeji (referee) ; Vajkay, František (advisor)
This bachelor thesis solves a design of two floors detached family residence with flat roof on plot 2653/1 in Havířově – Bludovicích. Design of this project solves architectural, structural and technical solution of the object according to demands of investor. Object is designed from Heluz masonry and also uses ceiling system Heluz. Main goal of this project was to create low-energy house for four-membered family.
Heat Pumps in Buildings Heating Systems
Vláčil, Martin ; Pěcha, Jiří (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with heat pumps and their use in building modern heating systems. In the first part of thesis is theory describing the principle operating of heat pumps, their types and basic components. The other part describe low-energy house and its parameters. In the last part of theory is discussed the issue of modern heating systems and types of heating elements used in it. In the practical part is the prescription of family house given by supervisor, the calculation of its heat losses and the design of the heating system. Further, the heat pump design and its economical comparison with selected heat sources.
Familly house in Novém Městě nad Metají
Sháněl, Tomáš ; Burdová, Jana (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
The project addresses the low energy new build detached house, which will be permanently used for housing. The building is designed as a two-storey house, which is intended to be permanent residents of 4-5 persons. Roofed building with a flat roof is solved by using a bottom discharge reinforced concrete slabs. Load-bearing walls are from Sendvix manufacturer KM - BETA. The ceilings are designed as monolithic. The building is located in the gap between the existing building houses. The house has a garage for one car.
Specifics of Passive Houses
Hortová, Michaela ; Chovancová, Jitka (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
The aim of this work is to extend understanding and knowledge of the problems of low-energy and passive houses. The theoretical part is focused on defining the characteristics of low-energy and passive houses. In practical part I analyze and compare three real houses. One of them is the passive house. This analysis is extended of assessment of the residents behavior.
House energy solutions using renewable energy sources
Sabo, Martin ; Musilová, Petra (referee) ; Poláčik, Ján (advisor)
This bachelor thesis discusses the role of renewable sources of energy in energetics of a family house and technologies providing this possibility. Special care is given to power production, heating and air conditioning. The issue of low-energy and passive houses is described in the beginning of the thesis, leading to acknowledgement with different types of energy sources. Analytic part of the thesis contains general information about ways of heating and power production using renewable sources of energy. Different ways of ventilation are introduced and suitability of specific technologies assessed. The practical part describes design of ventilation and heating unit in an experimental house.
Design of warm air heating system for low-energy house
Koutník, Martin ; Krejčí, Vladimír (referee) ; Košner, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with design of warm air heating and ventilating system for low energy house. Introduction of this thesis is focused on dividing residential buildings by their heat requirement. Then problems of residential building ventilation and possibilities of warm air heating systems including heat recovery are presented. In the next chapter summary of ventilating units with heat recovery and warm air heating units for residential low energy buildings and pasive family houses is presented. Calculation of low energy house heat losses, which is solved, is based on CSN 06 0210, CSN 73 0540 and CSN EN 12831 standards. Design and calculation of warm air heating and ventilation system and ground heat exchangers is also described. Floor heating system, fireplace insert and solar heating system are designed as supplementary systems. At the end of this thesis the control system is presented. Project documentation is enclosed in appendix.
Apartment complex Brno-Sadová
Hendrych, Pavel ; Jacková, Eva (referee) ; Sátora, Josef (advisor) ; Mohelníková, Jitka (advisor)
The bachelorˇs thesis apartment complex Sadová. Work solves a lot from urban and architecture viewpoint. Complex is created by three apartment houses with three above-ground levels and 1 underground level. A lot is divided on relax and traffic zone. The simple frame and Velox system solution support low-energy solution. Main part of thesis is process on realization projct level.
Smart house in 2020
Tvrdý, Radek ; Prinz, František (referee) ; Mauder, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with smart home technology. The work is divided into research and design parts. The research part presents technologies of smart houses, their divisions, functions and possibilities of solving these problematics.
