Tato diplomová práce se věnuje ekonomickému posouzení užití technologií spojených s nízkoenergetickou, pasivní a aktivní výstavbou, která je v současnosti často diskutovaným tématem. Cílem práce je zhodnotit ekonomickou efektivnost dodatečných investic do stavebních prvků přinášejících snížení tepelné náročnosti posuzovaného rodinného domu a dále také posoudit efektivnost investic do použití pokročilých technologií větrání, zdrojů tepla a fotovoltaické elektrárny. Výsledkem je komplexní zhodnocení různých variant posuzovaného rodinného domu, čímž tato práce pomáhá zodpovědět otázku, zdali se investice navíc stavebníkovi vyplatí. This diploma thesis examines the economics of use of technologies linked with low-energy, passive, and active house construction which is presently very often a topic of interest. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate economic effectivity of additional investment into construction materials leading to reduction of heating requirements of the evaluated family house. Furthermore, economics of the use of advanced technologies of ventilation, different heat sources and photovoltaic power plant are assessed. The result is a complex evaluation of different alternatives of the house which makes this thesis helpful in answering the question whether these additional investments will pay off.
