Education in the family and its reflection in teaching from the perspective of secondary school teachers

The theme of this bachelor thesis is 'Education in the family and its reflection in teaching from the perspective of secondary school'. It describes the importance of the family education factor in relation to the education of secondary school students. For the purposes of the thesis, mixed research was used, the polling method. By analyzing the results, it was found that the upbringing in the family from the point of view of secondary school teachers influences the pupil not only in his behavior towards the teacher and schoolmates but is also reflected in his study results.
The influence of the family educational style on the child's self-affirmation development.

This thesis deals with the influence of family educational styles on sound child's selfconception development. Its goal is to describe and search the selfconception phenomenon as one of the key categories of a human personality in relation to a family educational style effect. In the theoretical part there is a survey of substantial information concerning the selfhood-psychology and the family psychology. Particularly it deals with selfconception description and all its components and aspects and it gives us a systemic view of a family and its educational styles. The empirical part of the thesis brings the results of a quality research that was carried out as narrative interviews. Their categorial analysis has shown that sound selfconception is influenced not only by the family educational style, but also by other crucial facts. Mainly it is the question of an individual's resilience which can act protectively in relation to prospective negative family education influence. In the empirical part of the thesis there are also mentioned other possible perspectives of extending the current research.

Dissertation thesis summary: Influence of nannies on the overall development of the ward This dissertation thesis deals with the topic of child minding by an alternative caregiver, the so-called nanny. Its target is to broadly examine and describe the issue, with emphasis on defined aspects. The presented theoretical-research work covers existing institutions and services for child care in both Czech Republic and abroad. It primarily strives, however, to capture the essence of motherhood from psychological, philosophical and genetic points of view. This effort takes into consideration the question of separation, and consequently traumatization in childhood. A significant part of the paper concentrates on the area of education of the child care providing persons. The research chapters focus on the influence of the nanny not only on the child, but also on the family atmosphere and the educational stances of the parents. It further deals with the position of the nanny within the family, and with bounds of the child-nanny relationship. The output of the work is then a practical handbook, a manual with specifically defined content of an educational program (for nanny-position aspirants and for already practicing professionals). This thesis "reward and punishment from the perspective of school children" about the risks of rewards and punishments. Describes the kinds of sentence and the types of rewards with their positive and negative qualities. The practical part is made up of research based on a survey which was completed by respondents from 5th and 6th classes from two selected primary schools and one selected leisure group. The aim of the research was to determine how, respondents access the punishment and reward what they consider punishment as a reward for what they have been given the worst punishment after what had feelings. Assessment of the readiness of children at compulsory school teaching public and family

The main goal of the thesis was to detect and subsequently present a comprehensive views of educational society and parents for the current issue of school preparedness and its related issues concerning the high number of school attendance delay. To obtain these views was used a method of semi-structured interviews with parents, teachers from preparatory classes and teachers from nursery and primary schools. When analysis of testimony was finished, has been used and also elected procedure confrontation between these dates, then confrontation with professional publications, articles, web discussion forums and also primary data which was find out at conference that was organized on this topic. After the research was found that the issue of school preparedness affects to other issues like: an education and qualification of nursery teachers, the quality of cooperation between school and family, problems of capacity classrooms in nursery and solving number of children and age composition of class, accountability for school readiness child etc. The results of this thesis indicate what opinions have the family and educational public on the current status of the school preparedness disadvantages of children and also parts of school preparedness, in which today's children mainly excel. Options of parent education for children and teens in school

The diploma thesis deals with parent education at school at theoretical part. Its aim is to provide the necessary methodological ideas and principles which can promote better preparation for teachers of primary and lower secondary schools to implement parent education. The present work highlights the importance of family upbringing for the child's personality, the majority of the current instability in Czech families and the history of problematic areas and deficiencies in preparing children and adolescents for their future role as a father and a mother. The theoretical part is completed by defining the necessary requirements for teacher personality which dedicated to teaching about family and parenthood at the school. At the empirical part, there is a questionnaire to a sample probe 72 Czech teachers of first and second degree qualified to teach elementary science, health education, civic education (education for citizenship), family education, personal and social education, respectively other objects within which pay attention to family and parenthood. It was concluded that the attitudes of teachers to teach these topics in the choice proved to be rather positive. The aim of this thesis is to form a comprehensive view on the discussed issue, explaining the suitability or unsuitability of corporal punishment in a given situation. Describe the role of the family in the upbringing of children, the effects of corporal punishment on children, corporal punishment in connection with CAN syndrome and corporal punishment from the perspective of children. The thesis will include a practical component. It is written in a more critical reflection on the topic. The thesis will compare corporal punishment as a form of an education and its opposite - a liberal education.The conclusion will include case studies. Adaptation of Romany children at elementary school

The work deals with the problem of adaptation of Romany children at Czech elementary school. It is difficult for these children to interact with the environment of Czech schools due to differences in social and cultural spheres. Czech school often does not take into account these differences are not adequately prepared for high quality work with them. There is a lack of school readiness of Romany children, differences in language skills, cultural and social habits, and family backgrounds. The first part is outlining the historical context. It also discusses the relation between adaptation of Romany children at primary schools and language skills, social background and education in the Romany families and access to education in these families. A separate chapter is devoted to social exclusion and its effect on education of these children. At the conclusion of the work it comes with the now-established strategies that facilitate the education of Romany children. They are multicultural education, preparing grades and teaching assistant.
