Diplomová práce je zaměřena vstupní strategii značky Virtika na český trh. Za účelem dosažení tohoto cíle author zkoumal literaturu zaměřenou na metodiku značky od Ko Floora a koncept Brand Prizm. V analytické části byly provedeny analýzy prostředí Českého trhu, analýza odvětví, klíčových konkurentů a vnímání značky zakazníky. Tyto analýzy pomohly autorovi identifikova budoucí pozici značky na Českém trhu. Na základě výsledků analýz, autor vytvořil návrh řešení vstupní strategie značky and zvýšení její konkurence schopnosti na Českém trhu.

The Bachelor’s thesis aims to provide necessary information for successful expansion of GrowJOB institute to Austria. Since 2006 GrowJOB has been educating CEOs and other executives of Czech companies in the field of competitiveness and been helping them grow stronger among their competitors. In the thesis I describe theoretical background of business plan creation and analyze both internal and external environment. Then I focus on individual steps of the expansion and provide a detailed financial plan as well. The most robust competitive cutting edge of the company is that it takes advantage of new scientific findings in the field of decision-making processes (behavioral economics, neuroeconomics) and brings them to everyday life of firms.

The theoretical part is focused on interpretation of particular elements of branding strategy, internal branding and strategic brand management. Acording to ZOOT brand building strategy analysis, competitive comparison and marketing research I made improvement proposals pointing to building brand equity of ZOOT.cz and increase competitiveness.

The content of this diploma thesis is to propose a business strategy for the newly established company, which will operate on the Czech market. The subject of the business is the operation of a special gastronomic facility created by combining two concepts of café and tea room with a focus on differentiation. The business strategy focuses on establishing a new company that defines its competitive behavior within the three-year horizon. Suggestions are focused on building a successful business and doing business to bring it a competitive advantage. On the basis of the analyzes conducted, they have computed competing enterprises, customers or internal business factors and will propose an appropriate company development strategy that will ensure its profitable prosperity. My goal is to create a unique, competitive and profitable business that meets all the requirements of its customers.

This master’s thesis analyses a brand of selected company Engineering Test Institute, public enterprise (SZU), which offers services of testing, inspection and certification. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on literature research of marketing and branding theories. The key part is the analytical part, which contains a detailed analysis of the current state of the brand "Engineering Testing Institute". The thesis also contains a questionnaire survey focused on both the internal environment of the company and its customers. The research is followed by a final part with possible suggestions on how to further develop the brand.

The Diploma thesis deals with the strategy of building the Daflex System brand. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines the theoretical basis for creating a brand building strategy. Next part, the analytical part is based on the knowledge and methodology of the theoretical part. This section describes the basic information about brand Daflex System. The thesis continues with analyzes of customers, suppliers and competitors. These analyzes then lead to the evaluation of the findings and the creation of recommendations in the last part.
