Towards school inclusion
Marques, Karin ; Straková, Jana (advisor) ; Hájková, Vanda (referee) ; Lazarová, Bohumíra (referee)
Towards School Inclusion Abstract Since September 2016, the so-called inclusive amendment, i.e. Decree No. 27/2016 Coll., on the education of pupils with special educational needs, has been in force in Czech schools. The multiple-case study of three schools describes the process of change in different contexts prior to 2016. Three inclusive schools were selected based on measuring the level of inclusion and their public declaration of striving for inclusion. The data research sources were narrative interviews with current and former principals of the selected schools, their deputies, some teachers, assistants, parents and/or representatives of the municipality. IPA was used to analyze the data. The inclusive school is a product of a principal's vision and their transformative leadership. The key for a successful transformation was to change not only processes and structures but mainly the culture, thus common understanding of the goals. The central concept was communication and collaboration. The respondents perceived themselves as pioneers and communities sharing the same values. Creating conditions for respecting the needs and differences of each child and gaining community trust were the necessary steps for this transformation. It was important to raise sufficient funds, to work hard and to improve...

Kvalita služeb Turistického informačního centra Třešť
Křížová, Ivana
Křížová, I., Quality of services of Tourist information centre in Třešť Bachelor the-sis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. The Bachelor thesis deals with quality of services of Tourist information centre in town Třešť in area of Jihlavsko. The aim of thesis is evaluating the currently range and quality of services of this centre. The purpose of thesis is making suggestions for improvement services of this tourist information centre based on gained data. The thesis brings short literary overview related to the theme. In the practical part there are used methods like SERVQUAL, questionnaire, mystery shopping and mystery calling or complete SWOT analysis. In the evaluating the currently condition of TIC Třešť, in the most significant shortcomings were included bad directional sign to TIC, non-existing internal quality management system and no option of card payment. On the other side, the city’s promotional materials have a really good quality and their offer is wide. The approach of employee to their customers and their behaviour were evaluated very positively and very well. TIC Třešť achieves very good and stable results in long-term in Mystery shopping by CzechTourism (mystery as part of the certification by A.T.I.C. Czech Republic). It was recommended to TIC Třešť to extand the offer of own events for other turist segments, also to expand and relocate bicycle stands. TIC should also deepen its co-operation with other organization in destination management and establish co-operation with other destinations in the region. The implementation of the in-ternal quality management system will lead to a continuous improvement of this quality of services and to the quality control. Another recommendation is to implement the card payment, which applies at least to the event tickets.
Veganism a as a part of personal identity - impact on attitudes and lifestyle
RAUEROVÁ, Nikol
The goal of this qualification work, for which we chose qualitative approach, and which is a study based on multiple cases, was to understand, how vegans experience their veganism and how it influences their thinking and behavior. From by us researched topic "How does veganism reflect in attitudes and lifestyle of a vegan?" we extracted the two following research questions, which this work answers using an interpretative phenomenological analysis. The research questions are: 1. How does the subjective experience of a vegan reflect in his attitudes, in his/her behavior, thinking and experiencing? 2. How does vegan perceive others and the world? The results present a look into the experiences of vegans, and point out thinking, behavior and experience of vegans. The central topics are ethics, ecology and health. The most substantial topic to vegans is ethics, because of the belief that exploiting animals is not right. Less substantial topics are ecology (believing that we should protect our planet), and health. In the area of relationships with others and with loved ones it is obvious, that vegans pursue the spreading of veganism, because they consider others insufficiently informed.

How do participants experience the emotions in the context of assisted reproduction? How do participants think about their partners and the social environments in the context of conception and ART? The nature of the adopted epistemological anthropomorphic attitude and theoretical models of the interaction symbolism and social constructivism, a...
Multilingual Phoneme Recognizer
Vobr, Vojtěch ; Matějka, Pavel (referee) ; Szőke, Igor (advisor)
Aim, of this master thesis is training of phoneme recognizer with phoneme set, which have been made by merging of several phoneme sets, which are containted in SpeechDat-E database and find out if this kind of recognizer will have better results than recognizers which were trained on one language. This work also deals with phoneme sets, principles of phoneme recognition using recognizers based on artifical neural networks, language identification and merging of given phoneme sets. Also is described process of training phoneme recognizer and phoneme recognition.
Role of Intramolecular Electron Interactions in Cathodic Reduction of Three Isomeric Benzenedialdehydes in Non-aqueous Media – a (Spectro)Electrochemical Study
Kantnerová, Kristýna ; Klíma, Jiří ; Ludvík, Jiří
This contribution is focused on cathodic reduction of three isomeric benzenedialdehydes – orthophthalaldehyde (OPA), isophthalaldehyde (IPA) and terephthalaldehyde (TPA) – in non-aqueous acetonitrile and dimethylformamide. Although their electrochemical behavior in aqueous solutions has been published several times, their investigation in organic aprotic solvents is lacking. Using DC-polarography, cyclic voltammetry, preparative electrolyses, coulometry and UV/Vis spectroelectro-chemistry their reduction was described and in the case of OPA and TPA, stable radical anions were characterized by EPR spectroscopy. The role of intramolecular electron interactions in their cathodic reduction is discussed.
Hodnocení kvality ubytovacích služeb
Zejdová, Kateřina
The aim of diploma thesis is evaluation of quality of accommodation services, comparison evaluating methods and suggesting optimum evaluating model.
