The aim of my thesis is to analyze from the specific method of preparation of construction contracts from the position of Project Office. The desired output is processing and assessing the costs and performance needed in the area of design and engineering work. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, addresses the issue in general terms and in the practical applies to specific construction contract.

Determination of the difference in prices garages by the house in Havířov

This thesis focuses on the comparison of selected methods for the valuation of property type garage in Havirov, namely the garage of brick blocks. In this work will be the comparison of prices according to the current administrative price regulation and market prices according to the comparative method and itemized budget. In addition to administrative price comparison market price, I will further explore the resulting price difference between the cost valuation method and comparison method of valuation real problem situation.

Analysis of the possibilities of linking building and economic software and software for technical drawing

The main topic of the thesis is the analysis of the possibilities of linking building and economic software and software for technical drawing, in which BIM models are created, in order to achieve automatization of BIM model budgeting. The introductory, theoretical part defines the area of solved problematics in a broader background and the context of the problem. The overarching theme is BIM. Therefore, the basics and principles of this method, its fundamental aspects and current implementation within the Czech Republic are solved. The following chapters deal with standard budgeting procedures in the Czech construction market. The specifics of classical methods and their shortcomings in the context of contemporary construction are described. In the following part of the thesis the BIM budgeting concept, its vision and related aspects are discussed in more detail. The actual draft of the solution of interconnection of price systems and software, in which the BIM model is created, with orientation on valuation automation, is presented in the final, practical part of this thesis. Requirements for solution are defined and the procedure of its creation is described. Finally, the solution is tested and evaluated.

Cost Analysis of Private Construction Order

The work analyzes the costs of construction contract which arise during its realization. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of term of construction contract, describes its types, distributions, phases of construction and financing options. Then there are described participants of construction, term cost and possibilities of division of costs. In the practical part there is made cost analysis of individual months of construction and classification of costs by purpose of its expenditure on specific construction contract, which is a family house built in 2005.

Cost analysis of building objects

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the costs of civil engineering structures in terms of their distribution according to construction or other parts. The first part of the thesis focuses on the cost analysis of sewer lines. The analysis is made on several dozen budgets of real sewer lines, where the technical parameters, economic parameters, parameters on debris generated and costing parameters are compared. From all numerical parameters, the minimum, maximum, average and median values are then evaluated. The next part of the thesis deals with the creation of budgets per 1 mb for excavation in grassed area, road and pavement. The budgets include certain parameters that were found from the previous analysis. The budgets created are then used to determine the change in total cost with changes in excavation depth and pipe diameter. Also, as these parameters change, the labour, the amount of debris removed, backfilling with reused and new soil, and disposal of excavated soil to the landfill are examined. The main purpose is to combine the comparison of all the parameters and find the optimal solutions. In the final stage, the prices of the individual sewer line budgets are compared with the price indicators.

Efficiency analysis of green buildings operations

The main topic of my bachelor’s work is comparison heating costs of a family double house with original wall fillings and after applying external insulation including additional saving measures. My work is taking in count a possibility of applying for financial grant organised by European Union. This grant is called Green for savings and it is a helping tool leading to energy savings and modernization of old buildings. Next part is focused on used materials in nowadays for building revitalization and reconstructions. These materials has to meet high standards and criteria in thermo-insulation combined with simple construction solution. Manufacturers in these days tend to raise the quality of their products to maximal possible level.
