Moje diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů běžně užívaných při oceňování nemovitosti tipu zemědělský a stavební pozemek. Jednotlivé způsoby ocenění jsou aplikovány v praktické části. My thesis work will be in theoretical part about explanation of basic terms, that are commonly used in valuation of real estates like agricultural enterprises. Individual ways of valuation are applied in practical part.
