The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial and business performance of the company Kasko spol. s r.o. in the years 2018-2022 through using benchmarking approach. The thesis is structured into three parts – the first part contains the theoretical background of thesis, which is based on the literature, followed by an analysis of the current situation containing partial analyses that were carried out in the framework of this work, the last part consists of the actual proposals for solving the identified shortcomings.

Performance evaluation of a furniture manufacturing company

The thesis is focused on the performance evaluation of a company manufacturing furniture. In the theoretical part the fundamentals are described, on which then relies the analytical part of the thesis. The analytical part is performed using strategic and financial analysis for the years 2017 - 2022, the results of which are compared with competitors. The results of the analytical part are summarized by using SWOT analysis, according to which recommendations are proposed to preserve or improve the performance of the company.

The content of this thesis will be the measurement and subsequent evaluation of the financial performance of a selected company through benchmarking. The overall work will be divided into theoretical, practical, and the final proposal sections. The theoretical part of this conclusion will describe relevant concepts and the application procedures of benchmarking. In the subsequent analytical section, the company will undergo analysis and measurement using the methods described earlier. In the final concluding section, specific proposals for improving the financial performance of the company will be presented, along with minimizing the identified problems.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of RK Satis Group, s. r. o. for six consecutive periods. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts, it is theoretical, analytical and part with improvements. The first part focuses on the theoretical description to understand the issue under study, which is then used in the second analytical part. The analytical part contains not only the results described in the theoretical part, but also their interpretation and comparison with a selected competitor company. In conclusion, the thesis deals with suggestions for improving the financial situation of the company.

Tourist cards and their use in contemporary tourism

This study focuses on proposing a concept for a tourist card in the České Budějovice region and its surroundings. To achieve this goal, a benchmarking comparison of existing tourist cards in three selected locations is conducted, with unified criteria established for evaluation. Primary and secondary research provide the basis for analyzing and presenting the benchmarking results. Simultaneously, a monitoring process maps potential entities and stakeholders in the South Bohemian region to identify key stakeholders for future tourist card implementation. Product marketing management is further included in the study, encompassing the creation and distribution of the tourist card in the region. This study provides a comprehensive view of tourists' needs in the area and contributes to the development of the tourism industry through an effective product.

Design and implementation of VoIP protocols tester

This paper deals with ways and means of testing SIP or IAX2 based equipment and protocols itselfs. I analyse terminology and methodology for benchmarking of proxy and registrar servers as it was described in documents RFC 7501 and RFC 7502 from organization IETF. In the practical part is described the tester realization programmed in PHP programming language witch will use described methodology. Aplication is available in web based interface.

The master’s thesis deals with evalutation of financial performance of company through benchmarking. A firm AQUA PROCON, Ltd. operates in field of designing and engineering activities with a focus on water management constructions. Business in this thesis is analised from two points of view. The first one is comparison with a specific field according to CZ-NACE M-7112 – Engineering and another technical consulting. The second one is company‘s performance compared to chosen competitors. The aim of analising both views is to find weak spots and suggest solutions, which will lead to improvement of performance and stability of the company on the market.

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial performance of the SAPELI corporation using the benchmarking approach. First part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge and concepts for a given issue. Second part includes the introduction of SAPELI corp. and its rivals. The benchmarking itself and the SWOT analysis are also implemented here. The last part of the thesis includes summary of gathered information followed by suggestions and recommendations with aim to improve financial and business situation of the corporation.

Company Performance Measurement

This master thesis is focused on performance evaluation of company AGRI CS a.s., namely the evaluation of financial and business performance using benchmarking. The theoretical part deals with some approaches and methods suitable for the company performance evaluation with an emphasis on benchmarking. The main part however is in-depth case study on business performances of selected company. The core part is financial performance benchmarking based on public data from financial annual accounts. For this purpose I use database Amadeus. I analyzed most of the performance indicators for an average of industry branch as well as for 14 most intense competitors. Final remarks of the thesis discuss the main findings and conclusions of the whole performance analysis. On top of that I present possible recommendations for the selected company in order to enhance or even eliminate identified weaknesses.
