This thesis deals with coaching as a method of developing managers. The aim of this work is to determine the possibilities of coaching in construction engineering and what is its contribution to the construction companies. The theoretical part deals with definitions of basic concepts and theories associated with the specified topic. Empirical part is devoted to a questionnaire survey. The interviews controll the volidity of the hypothesis. Conclusion focus on the evaluation of empirical part and recommendations for construction companies.

The Bachelor`s thesis deals with coaching as a manager´s development method. Its aim is to discover the potential of coaching in construction industry and highlight its benefit for organisation in this segment. The theoretical part explains the technical terms and deals with theories of human communication and managing skills development. The empirical part uses survey research and controlled interview for the testing of the postulated hypothesis. The conclusion contains the evaluation of the empirical part on the base of which the recommendations for the construction industry companies is formed.

The aim of the thesis is to show how coaching isused to developmanagers‘ skills in building companies, and what impact it may have on the companies’ operation. The theoretical part introducest he basic terms and theories related to the topic. Based on a questionnaire survey and a series of structured interviews, the practical part analyzes whether and possibly to what extent building companies and their managers are familiar with the coaching method.

The main objective of my thesis is to discover the atractivity of coaching and what students of the University of Economics think about the subject using quantitative research. Then compare student's opinions with opinions of people who are already in the working process and have practical experience with coaching. I will find out their opinion using quantitative research. Comparison allows creation of a certain prediction of in which direction will the interest in coaching develop, give advice how to choose a coach, identify strenghts and weaknesses of coaching with essential assumptions for starting a cooperation with a coach and get to know if the preference is on life, individual or team coaching. From all the gathered data is possible to create an advice for management, in which situations people tent to use coaching.
Coaching as a method of increasing work efficiency

This bachelors thesis deals with the terms couching and increase of work effectiveness due to coaching. Its aim is to give a basic explanation of both terms and, subsequently, to study a work environment, where coaching is used as a type of personal management. This bachelors thesis should introduce the function of coaching, its fundamentals and tools it works with, mainly a coaching interview. The subsequent research focuses on a coaching interview in more detail. It shows what such an interview looks like in real life and it compares theory with practice. At the same time, the thesis strives to find out through a questionnaire what it is like for the coached persons to work at a position, where coaching is used, how the interviews are constructed, what their benefits are and how they provide motivation. An important part of the thesis is also a comparison of answers of the coached persons with a transcript of the interviews and a consequent comparison with the real achieved results of coached employees.

Coaching as a method of developing people in a manufacturing company

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the coaching process in a manufacturing company and on the basis of these information to compare the period before the implementation of coaching and after that. Positive impacts will be observed, particularly in terms of efficiency of the production process, as well as wastage rate and finally will be evaluated levels of employee's satisfaction. For this purpose will be used evaluating interviews with employees, who participated in coaching, together with internal company materials. Benefit of this thesis is primarily evaluation the impact of the coaching process in the manufacturing company and based on the findings to propose recommendations for future development in the area of human resources. General conclusions of this thesis and subsequent recommendations could be useful for other manufacturing companies, which would like to develop employees through coaching.

The aim of bachelor's thesis "System proposal of further education in business sector" is the education of employees in KBC Global NV Czech Branch. The objective of this proposal is to design system which would be meant to advance the quality of employees' education in given company. In theoretical part we will look closer at the meaning of adults' education. In analysis of the system, there is described chat system of education KBC Global NV Czech Branch uses. The main objective of quantitative research is to find out what is the level of employees' satisfaction with educational system in KBC Global NV Czech Branch, what forms of educational system in given company the employees are fully satisfied with or not and not least chat changes they would like to make, if any. The optimization proposal is focused on more efficient educational system which would advance the quality of education in KBC Global NV Branch and therefore to gain higher value of human capital.
