Document management system in a small business

The aim of this thesis is a detailed analysis and subsequent documentation of all procedures related to the application of a document management and to the related changes in a small business. The method of achieving this objective is based mainly on a description, understanding and subsequent application of theoretical foundations in practice, specifically for a small business. Together with all that also goes a description and an appearance of all common problems and obstacles, which may occur during implementation. The contribution of this thesis is to create a guide on how to deal with document management in companies of the above-mentioned type. Another important element is evalutation of the benefits of the implementation of document management application based on the experience of real company. This thesis is divided into several chapters -- market analysis and current state, the importance of documentation for companies, the process of document management implementation, issues and application of tools for document digitalization, evaluation and comparison of partial states in the company, deduction and prediction of the future state.
Use of DMS for paperless office

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the use of DMS for paperless office. In the first part the author deals with what must be taken into account when realization a paperless office. What are the legal aspects associated with operating a paperless office in the Czech Republic and what facility is needed to do. When author writing this bachelor thesis, he has worked with AiP Safe s.r.o., which gave him the analysis of projects. From these analysis is then processed the second part, where is described which agenda is the most often deployed by system SAFE. Then author describes what the initial situation was and what benefits from the use of paperless office for various companies meant. Conclusion of the thesis is devoted to evaluation, if appropriate deployment of DMS increases speed and efficiency of processes and activities, whether there is compliance with legislation and internal rules.
Comparing approaches to digitisation of documents in companies

The present Bachelor thesis is focused on the document flow system from conception or admission of documents to the company to their keeping. In particular, the present thesis indicates which documents are passing through the company, who of the employees is working with them, which of the documents are being transformed into a digital medium, which form of document continues to be used within the company (digital or paper format) and which are the benefits of digitisation of documents for the company's employees. In order to provide a comparison, this thesis will describe two companies of different sizes. The introduction explains the terms used in this thesis to which the people can, and often do, attribute other meaning. The following part describes the two observed companies and all the data concerning the documents being used by them which I have already mentioned in this chapter. The final part contains a comparison between the two companies, in particular as regards documents flow and assessment by employees of documents digitisation.
Document managament in small manufacturing company

In this bachelor work author analyses document management in a small manufacturing company, which occupies herself with a production and sale of textile goods, and resulting their optimalization. Partners let author make analysis and proposal of optimalization their system because they realize that this situation is ineffective.
Digital documents library

The goal is to program an application that allows managing and searching electronic documents. Applications must provide a record of documents over the web. The application can record as individual documents, and documents that are packaged in ZIP archive. We can assign metadata using inserting or updating to individual documents. Application can search for documents using the full-text searching or searching based on their metadata. After searching you can export a single document or group of documents in a ZIP archive. Digital library must have an interface for communication with the library system of third parties. Using this interface, you can use the search functionality of the application and the subsequent return of results. Another use interface is information the library system with new digital increments.
Formatting documents with LaTeX

The aim of this work is to acquaint students with the possibility of formatting their graduation theses in other way than usual. LaTeX is in this way certainly more appropriate than a tool such as MS Word. The work is focused on students and accordingly are also designed its parts. Students get acquainted with the most important elements and aspects of language TeX on specific examples or in the form of source code of this work.

Díky tomu se nároky na kvalitu komunikačních kanálů stále zvyšují. Standardním komunikačním kanálem stále jsou, byly a budou dokumenty a to ať už ve formě tištěné nebo elektronické. Personalizace těchto dokumentů je způsob, jakým lze dosáhnout velmi kvalitní individuální komunikace se zákazníkem a zároveň maximálně zefektivnit vlastní marketingovou kampaň a podpořit tak firemní business.
Using Google services and Google API in small workgroup management

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create a draft, a simple solution to communication needs, people management and documents sharing within a small team or working group using available Google services and their potential integration into client application through the application programming interface. There are only some selected Google services in this thesis in context of possible usage of its results in a real case scenario. I used my own personal experience in describing the services, I analysed the necessary theoretical assumptions of teamwork and mainly focused on great potential use of Google Calendar as the best tool for organising people's time and assigning tasks in the process of a workgroup management. The main benefit of this work should be increased general knowledge of capabilities of the services I described and their intended usage in a daily routine.
Document Management Module Design

In my diploma thesis I deal with requirements analysis of a document management system and with designing a particular solution of these requirements for the document management module of the web based Inovio portal. In the first part I provide basic information about document management systems and I briefly describe, what palace in the company`s information system they take. Further I describe the Inovio portal, which is under development, and it`s application modules. The document management module is one of these modules and my thesis is contributing to its design. The second part is focused on functional and non-functional requirements on a document management system and on a web application. In this part the reader can find requirements analysis and specific designs of these requirements for the document management module of the Inovio portal.
