Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou správy dokumentů v malé společnosti a systémy, které tuto správu usnadňují. Konkrétně se jedná o společnost Softir a.s., která má v úmyslu své rozšíření a současný systém správy dokumentů se tak stane nevyhovujícím. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí -- teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou nejprve vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s problematikou správy dokumentů, jako jsou např. ECM, DMS, ERP. Dále je představena samotná společnost Softir a.s., její organizační struktura a softwarové a hardwarové vybavení. Praktická část se nejprve zaměřuje na analýzu klíčových procesů ve společnosti a dokumentů, které s těmito procesy přímo souvisí. Dále je popsáno, jak současný software napomáhá se správou těchto dokumentů, je shrnuta jejich současná správa a je navrženo možné řešení správy dokumentů při expanzi firmy. This bachelor's thesis deals with the document management topic in a small company -- Softir a.s. The company is going to expand and actual document management system will not satisfy company's needs. The work is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical one. Theoretical part contains clarification of the basic terms linked to the difficulties of the document management, for example ECM, DMS, ERP. Then is introduced the company Softir a.s., its organization structure and finally its software and hardware equipment. Key processes and related documents are analyzed firstly in the practical part. Secondly is described how present software supports document management. Current administration is summarized and also is proposed possible solution of new document management system in case the company will grow up.
