Support for preschool childern with developmental language disorder in education

The bachelor thesis deals with the support of children with developmental language disorder in preschool education. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The first chapter introduces the theoretical background, it describes the development of speech, language and communication and clarifies these terms. This chapter then focuses on developmental language disorder, its terminology, classification, etiology, symptomatology, diagnosis and therapy. The second chapter discusses the preschool education system, legislation, the goals of early preschool education, and support options. Counseling facilities and support measures are defined and described, with particular attention to the concepts of the individual education plan and the teaching assistant. This chapter also addresses the issues of school maturity, enrolment in compulsory schooling and its deferral. The third chapter presents a qualitative research investigation. Data was collected through analysis of available documents, analysis of activity products and through participant observation. Teaching assistant in a pre-school facility and a child with developmental dysphasia

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the work of teaching assistants in different kindergarten classes where a child with developmental dysphasia is enrolled. The theoretical part of the thesis will focus on two main topics, namely the teaching assistant and developmental dysphasia. Developmental dysphasia is a speech disorder that kind of impaired communication skills. In the first part, the thesis will focus on the teaching assistant, his job description, forms of cooperation and communication with other teachers. The second part will describe the issue of impaired communication ability and closer specifications to developmental dysphasia. Types of developmental dysphasia and the child with developmental dysphasia in preschool age. The research is a case study of three teaching assistants in different kindergarten classes attended by children with developmental dysphasia. Change management in the context of digitization education in kindergarten

The diploma thesis is focused on the process of change management in the context of digitalization of education. The aim of the thesis is to identify the developmental needs of teachers in selected kindergartens in the field of digitalization of education and to describe opportunities in the process of change management in a selected kindergarten. The theoretical part defines the issue of digitalization of education, within which strategic and curricular documents related to the field of Czech pre-school education are analyzed, as well as pedagogical aspects of digitalization of education, including a subchapter focused on the education of children with special educational needs in this area. The second chapter discusses the identification of teachers' developmental needs. The last chapter forms the theoretical basis for the issue of change management, in addition to the well-known Kotter's model, Lewin's model and the ADKAR model are also mentioned. The aim of this thesis is to highlight the possibilities of drama education in preschool education with a focus on literary text and theatrical performance. In the theoretical part, the work focuses on theatre, theatre for children and theatre performed by children in a historical and contemporary context and highlights some methods of drama education suitable for working with literary text in kindergarten. In the practical part, the benefits for pre-school children are presented, described and evaluated on the basis of three theatre performances watched, and then work with dramatizing techniques is tested with children in kindergarten. In the discussion, the use of theatre and drama education methods based on theatre methods are compared.
