The underground floor contains a technical room and communal garages. The above-ground floors contain a total of 12 apartment units and accessory spaces for these apartments. The estimated number of residents of the building is 34. None of the apartment units are designed to be barrier-free. However, access to the building is barrier-free, and the parking spaces include designated spots for the handicapped. The substructure is founded on piles, followed by monolithic reinforced concrete structures. These reinforced concrete structures transition to traditional masonry construction in the first above-ground floor, using a combination of ceramic blocks and monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling structures. The roof of the building is intended to be a flat green roof with extensive vegetation.
