Bakalářská práce se zabývá realizací etapy hrubé spodní stavby polyfunkčního domu v Praze 7. Budova je založena na velkoprůměrových pilotách a základové desce, podzemní stěny jsou monolitické. V rámci práce je zpracován technologický předpis a podrobný kontrolní a zkušební plán pro vrtané piloty. Dále je vypracována technická zpráva k objektu, řešení širších dopravních vztahů, zařízení staveniště, návrh strojní sestavy pro celou etapu a bezpečnostní požadavky. Součástí práce jsou také časový plán, bilance pracovníků a položkový rozpočet s výkazem výměr pro celou etapu, které jsou vypracovány v příslušných softwarech. V posledním kroku je zpracována seminární práce na téma parkovací systémy, kde jsou poskytnuty informace o druzích a mechanismech parkovacích výtahů. Práce je zaměřena na efektivní metody řešení různých aspektů organizace stavebního procesu, s důrazem na bezpečnost, kvalitu a ekonomičnost realizace projektu. The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the rough substructure stage of a multifunctional building in Prague 7. The building is based on large-diameter piles and foundation slab, the underground walls are monolithic. The work includes a technological regulation and a detailed inspection and testing plan for drilled piles. In addition, a technical report for the building, the solution of the wider traffic relations, site facilities, the design of the machine assembly for the entire stage and safety requirements are also prepared. The work also includes a time schedule, staff balance and itemised budget with bill of quantities for the entire stage, which are prepared in the relevant software. In the last step, a seminar paper on parking systems is prepared where information on types and mechanisms of parking lifts are provided. The thesis focuses on effective methods of dealing with various aspects of the organization of the construction process, with emphasis on safety, quality and economy of project implementation.
