Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je řešení technologické etapy spodní stavby bytového domu ve Zlíně. Stavba má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní. Dům je založen na základové desce, na kterou navazují obvodové stěny, tyto konstrukce tvoří systém bílé vany. Práce zahrnuje technickou zprávu, situaci stavby se širšími vztahy dopravních tras, výkaz výměr, technologické předpisy pro zemní práce a základové konstrukce, zprávu a výkres zařízení staveniště, časový plán, návrh strojní sestavy, kontrolní a zkušební plán, bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci, řešení systému bílá vana, schémata pro výkopové práce a betonáž. The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the solution of the technological stage of the substructure of an apartment building in Zlín. The building has four floors above ground and one underground floor. The house is based on a foundation slab, which is connected to the perimeter walls, these structures form a white tank system. The thesis includes a technical report, the construction situation with broader relations to transport routes, bill of quantities, technological regulations for earthworks and foundations, design of mechanical assembly, time schedule, machine system design, inspection and test plan, occupational health and safety, white tank system solution, schemes for excavation work and concreting.
