Assessment strategies in Civic education

The aim of the diploma thesis is to document the issue of assessment in civic education at an elementary school by conducting a case study. The study was conducted through an in- depth interview with the teacher, a focus group interview with the students, and participatory observation. The collected data was subsequently analyzed using open coding and further interpreted using the ‚card sorting' method. The result is a perspective on assessment from both the teacher's and students' viewpoints compared with observations of specific teaching sessions. The results of this study were evaluated and further discussed from the perspective of the specifics of civic education. Additional potential options for utilizing assessment methods, tools, and techniques were proposed with consideration of the possibilities and goals of the particular teacher. This work can be considered beneficial for other teachers as it contributes to a better understanding of the assessment issues in civic education and offers specific suggestions and recommendations for improving this area. This contributes to enhancing the quality of teaching and supporting further professional development, not only for the author but also for other teachers. Building technology study of the revitalization of the Governor's Palace in Brno

The content of the bachelor's thesis is a construction-technology study of the revitalization of the Governor's Palace in Brno. It focuses on the main stage processes of the implementation of the repair of plasters, floors and paved area in the historically protected zone of the city of Brno. In this thesis, the traffic situation is addressed in detail with the design of routes from individual collection points and landfills to construction sites. There is also a technological study of the implementation of the main technological stages. Repairs of plasters in the exterior and interior of the building and all newly designed compositions of floor structures and reinforced surfaces with cutting works as well as making new constellations are dealt with. Based on the design documentation, I have produced a detailed statement of the acreage for all areas and the annex where the areas concerned are indicated. For both stage processes, a time and financial plan is developed using software that is an annex to the work, accompanied by a comment ary in the text section. The basic cockpit of construction traffic is also addressed with a proposal for the distribution of areas and resources for construction. For stage processes, there are 2 technological regulations in which there is a detailed procedure for all compositions and types of processes. In the chapter "Design of machinery assemblies" there is an assessment of the possible deployment of machinery with a focus on both economic and technological advantage. The work also deals in detail with safety measures at the construction site, with an emphasis on possible risks and the design of measures in the implementation of the main stage processes and behaviour at the construction site. In addition, details of the structures, continuities and protection of the monument-worthy structures are processed. This object is very special due to the preserved elements of Baroque architecture, and therefore the design of the solution is directed towards the highest level of preservation and preservation of the monument.

Steel interior staircase in the polytechnical building in Bratislava

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design and assessment of the supporting steel structure of the staircase in the multifunctional building in Bratislava. The staircase is located in the entrance atrium in an open space between the 1st floor to 3NP with a total height difference of 6850 mm floors. The approximate ground plan dimensions of the staircase construction are 5500 x 5100 mm. The construction of the staircase was designed from enclosed SHS 50x4 steel profiles in steel S355 J2. The construction system represents truss beams of various shapes that are connected to each other by horizontal and oblique dams. All rods are from the profile. Anchoring is rebuilt by anchor plates with a thickness of 15 mm with 4 chemical anchors and threaded rods M12, 8.8. The static calculation was the program by RFEM 6.06. Subsequently, manual calculation and assessment of the most stressed rods were made by internal forces and design and calculation of anchoring. The C-Fix Online program 1.1.58.1 Fischer was also used to design chemical anchors.

The bus stop in Tišnov

The batchelor's thesis deals with the design and assessment of the supporting steel structure of the roof of the bus station for 6 buses. The structure is located in the city of Tíšnov. Its floorplan dimensions are 8,4 x 58,0 m and it is divided into 10 fields by 11 main frames of 5,8 m each. The main frame consists of one column and two symmetrical trusses formed by upper beam at a 5° slope, the lower beam, diagonals and vertical. On the upper beam the purlin is are placed, which, with the transverse and longitudinal stiffeners, ensure spatian rigidity. The thesis deals with the assessment of the main supporting elements, their details and drawing documentation.

The master‘s thesis is focused on assessing the current state of the company's information system in the field of employee shift records, which is currently used in paper form. The system currently only serves to register shifts. In my thesis, I analyze the current state, then propose a solution and improvement, which I describe using Lewin's model of change, time analysis, risk policy and economic evaluation.

Alena Šturcová ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH The dissertation deals with diagnosing students' difficulties in didactic tests in CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) integrating mathematics and English. The aim of the thesis was to design and analyze didactic tests that are suitable tools for identifying sources of difficulties in CLIL teaching, where mathematics and English are integrated, and to determine whether it is possible to analyze students' results in individual tasks in these tests to determine whether the student has difficulties with mathematics or English. The thesis also addresses the attitude of CLIL students and CLIL teachers of a specific Czech school to CLIL teaching and learning. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter summarizes the theoretical background of the CLIL method, the next two chapters focus on assessment in general and assessment in CLIL, including some research on CLIL assessment. Development of transportation infrastructure within the Central Bohemian cooperation region

The thesis focuses on the development of transportation infrastructure in the Cen-tral Bohemia region. It analyzes the current infrastructure development with an em-phasis on financing and examines planned projects in this region. The thesis presents theoretical foundations and approaches to the development of transportation infra-structure, particularly the financing of selected projects. In the analytical section, theo-retical foundations are applied in the analysis of selected projects. The aim of the the-sis is to formulate recommendations for the development of transportation infrastruc-ture in the given region, to identify optimal financial strategies.

Steel load-carrying structure of production hall with bridge crane

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and assessment of a steel load-bearing structure of a two-aisle production hall. That hall has a rectangular ground plan of a width 32 m (20 + 12 m) and lenght 54,54 m (9 modules distanced 6 m from each other). The main aisle is 10 m high and inside is located a overhead crane with carrying capacity 5 t. The second aisle is used as a storage area for materials that have already been produced. The skeleton of production hall is made of a ten transversal bindings. Lattice trusses are hinged mounted on constraint pillars of solid poles. The hall is situated in the north of the Czech Republic in the city of Děčín.
