The subject and scope of my thesis ‘Proposal of Communication Plan in Servis Feňo’ is the current state analysis of a company in order to discover its core problems, which could be remedied by optimizing the current or drawing up a new Marketing Communications Mix. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with basic marketing terminology. The remaining part then focuses on research whose results might facilitate improvements in marketing communications of the company in question. It contains recommendations and suggestions for changes.

Issue of Flat Tax

This Bachelor Thesis “Issue of Flat Tax” defines the crux of the flat taxation. The theoretical part of this thesis comprises information about the core idea, principles of the flat tax and advantages and disadvantages of its implementation. The analytical part of the thesis describes the evolution of the flat tax in the Czech Republic after the year 2007. The last analytical part deals with the analysis of the flat tax in Slovakia and compares systems of those two countries. The proposal part of the thesis comprehends a model example of Czech and Slovak taxpayer of the personal income tax and sketches further possible method of approaching the essence of the flat tax.

Marketing Plan Proposal for the Servis Feňo Company

The thesis is focused on developing a marketing strategy proposal and creating a set of specific recommendations for the company Servis Feňo, which provides service in the field of electric water heating. To identification of a company current state, it has been used a marketing situational analysis, i.e. evaluation external and internal factors, which results in a summary SWOT analysis. On the basis of weak spots detected, this particular measures were proposed; to define mission, vision and targets of a company, to create a client database, to redesign and improve corporate identity, dress code, revision of the current websites and other instruments of online communication such as SEO and PPC advertisement. Realisation of these particular marketing strategy proposes should lead to acquisition of new clients, retaining of current ones and strengthening competitiveness of the company.
