Analysis of Investment in Cryptocurrencies

In my bachelor thesis I analyse the investment potential of cryptocurrencies. In addition to a general introduction to cryptocurrencies, I will mainly focus on Bitcoin, which is currently their most important representative. Based on the outputs from the theoretical and practical part of the bachelor´s thesis, I will compare investments in Bitcoin against the most popular investment commodity, which is gold. Furthermore, I will present my own assumption of the future development of Bitcoin. In the end I will describe my own proposal of a strategy for investing in cryptocurrencies.
Project Method and its Application in Contemporary Education

The diploma thesis The Project Method and its Potential Application in Contemporary Education deals with the potential which this method offers. Requirements on the Czech education are formulated in the Framework Education Programmes which are presented by the educational objectives. Working on projects helps to fulfil these objectives and helps to achieve and develop individual key competencies. This diploma thesis refers to appropriate use of the projects in teaching foreign languages. In the practical part, there is a plan of a concrete project on the theme Paris and … which was carried out with students of grammar schools in the subject French language. The project itself is described in the practical part, starting from motivation and detailed planning, then describing realization, final presentation and reflexion on the project. For the final reflexion and assessment, three types of questionnaires were compiled. Also, the criteria for assessment were assigned, which can be used for assessing the work by teachers or coordinators. The project with its questionnaires can be used, after slight changes, as a model for further projects in teaching foreign language with the focus on realia of the studied country. Using of Virtual Reality in Education of Adults

This thesis focuses on the use of virtual reality in adult education. The virtual reality is a new technology, which can be used in many areas, including adult education. The concept of the virtual reality is ambiguous, therefore the first part of the thesis defines and characterizes this concept and describes its main effects. The main topic of the theoretical part of this work is existing knowledge about the use of the virtual reality and application of this knowledge to adult education. Virtual reality cannot be considered an absolutely perfect tool in all educational situations. It is therefore important to point out basic advantages and limits of its use in adult education. Learning and Education in the Adaptation Proces of Employees

This thesis focuses on education and learning within the adaptation process of employees starting a new job. It is emphasizing the importance of creation of the adaptation plan. The adaptation plan also influences the effectivity of the adaptation process and related education and learning. It points out the influence of the size of the organization on the final form of the adaptation process. Well executed adaptation process may stabilize and motivate the new employee significantly. Part of the thesis is dedicated to communication as well, due to communication being an important tool in education and learning. The theses focuses particularly on education and learning, various types of learning, theories and methods used in education, that are applicable during the adaptation process. A special chapter is dedicated to tools and technologies that may aid in education and learning as well as it issues the measurability and evaluation of education and learning. Theoretical concepts are backed up by the results of a research conducted through a questionnaire survey. This survey focuses all thesis previous six chapters. Evaluation of Marketing Communication

The paper focuses on the issues of the marketing communication. The main goal of the paper is to suggest recommandation for the improvement of the marketing communication of the company Cajova kvetina s.r.o. (Ltd) with a focus on Matcha Tea product. The theory part delimits the terms marketing, marketing mix and the marketing communication. Later there is the preparation of the effective marketing communication defined. The practical part analyses the marketing mix with a focus on marketing communication of Matcha Tea product followed by a survay research in the form of personal questioning. The result shows that 37 per cent of the respondents are aware of the existence of Matcha Tea product, 81 per cent of them has already tried it, and 87 per cent of those are satisfied. In the conclusion part there is an evaluation of the returnability of the discount coupons that received all the respondents after filling in the questionaire. The 15% discount coupon for one packaging of Matcha Tea + shaker is used by 29% ofrespondents. Based on the questionaire research it is suggested and recommanded to improve marketing communication for Matcha Tea product. The primary goal of the suggestion is the increase of the Matcha Tea sales by 10% during the following six months and the secondary goal is the increased visibility on the market. In order to reach these goals, the following models of marketing communication were chosen: personal selling, sales promotion, word-of-mouth marketing, interactive marketing and advertising.

Cílem této práce je vypracovat podnikatelský plán na zahájení provozu nové kavárny. Vlastnímu plánovému dokumentu předchází teoretické vymezení pojmů podnikatel a podnikání, definování možných bariér vstupu do podnikání v České republice i v zahraničí, právních forem podnikání a určení specifik podnikatelské činnosti v pohostinství. Součástí práce je návrh možné podoby plánu, jehož pilíře tvoří analýza externího prostředí (pomocí PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil aj.), marketingový plán a finanční plán. Samotný dokument "Podnikatelský plán: provozování podniku Kavárna XY, s.r.o." je pak vypracován na základě výše zmíněné teoretické předlohy.
How do the purchase prices and the advertisement influence the supply of metals?

This thesis investigates how the purchase price of aluminium, copper, iron, advertising campaign, weather and other factors influence the offered quantity of metals by private persons (in general and by sex). These daily data are from period January 2009 -- December 2011 and obtained from a scrap yard. I proved that increase in price of aluminium about 1 % causes the growth of its supply about 1,49 %. The same increase in price of iron causes the growth of its supply about 0,64 %. I prove that the best way of promotion is radio spot. My work shows that supply of iron reaches its maximum at daily temperature 9,3°C and it is negatively influenced by rainy weather. Easy substitution of offered metal of copper and iron - in case of men - indicates the presence of illegal supply, as shown by value of cross price elasticity of supply of copper -0,7. Next indicator of illegal supply is a strong increase of supply of copper by both sexes on Saturday. (It is based on research Panáček (2012)). It is 60 % for men and 100 % for women. There is a fall of supplies of aluminium and iron from both sexes on the same day.
