Analysis of the satisfaction of employees of Prague branch of company XY

This thesis analyses the satisfaction of employees of the Prague branch of company XY. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Job satisfaction is defined in the theoretical part. There are individual definitions of job satisfaction and selected theories dealing with this issue. The practical part is devoted to the presentation of XY, methodological apparatus and the characteristics of the sample of respondents who participated in the research. The processing and interpretation of the empirical data then follows. The work has two parallel goals. The first objective is to analyze the job satisfaction of employees of the Prague branch of XY. Their satisfaction is determined using a questionnaire and on the basis of a proposal of improvement. The second objective is to evaluate measures introduced through interviews with management and employees themselves XY year after the execution of the research. This allows an objective determination of the impact of the research and furthermore how each of the implemented changes contributed to employee job satisfaction.
Marketing study of a chosen destination

In the theoretical part of the thesis there are the basic terms defined: before all definition of tourist destination according to different points of view, understanding destination as a product, defining the term destination marketing that includes marketing management, concept, analysis, segmentation, marketing strategy, marketing mix and marketing control. The analytical part of the thesis is particularly dedicated to the destination South Bohemia that is understood as the administrative territory of the South Bohemian region. The analysis is based on general and economic characteristics of the region and characteristics of tourism based on statistical data. The marketing study follows, structure of which is based on the marketing concept theory, that is defined in the theoretical part of the thesis. In conclusion suggestions for improvement and recommendations are formulated resulting from study of available documents, information, statistics and conducted analyses.
Analysis of marketing mix of the company MOIRA CZ a.s.

The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis was to analyze the marketing mix of MOIRA CZ, a. s., in the store Prodejna termoprádla Florenc, whose main activity is the sale of functional underwear of this brand. Analysis was based primarily on inspection of the shop and storage area, an interview with company's managers and marketing research realized by written questionnaire with personal contact made in the store Prodejna termoprádla Florenc. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with individual instruments of marketing mix, so-called "4P". The practical part is focused on the introduction of company MOIRA CZ, a. s., descriptions of individual components of the current marketing mix in the store Prodejna termoprádla Florenc, evaluation of marketing research and suggestions for improvements.
Analysis of university students' demand for tourism

The work focuses on the specifics of university student demand for tourism and formulating recommendations to providers of tourism service based on the analysis of the relations between answers. The work includes both theoretical background and practical component, based on questionnaire investigation, providing the real requirements, needs and motives of the target group.
Získávání a výběr zaměstnaců

Cílem této práce bylo komplexní zpracování problematiky získávání a výběru pracovníků. Pracovníci ovlivňují fungování podniku, proto by každá organizace měla mít ucelený systém výběru a získávání pracovníků. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Obsahem první části jsou teoretické poznatky o metodách získávání a výběru pracovníků, jejich plánování, zdrojích a podmínkách jejich přijetí. V druhé části ? praktické je popsáno a analyzováno výběrové řízení prováděné personální agenturou Synergie Temporary help, s. r. o. Jde o výběrové řízení na pozici Logistický specialista. Jelikož na tuto pozici byla vybrána uchazečka ze Spojených států Amerických, je zde popsáno získávání cizinců z 3. zemí. Analýza efektivnosti tohoto výběrového řízení byla provedena na základě strukturovaných rozhovorů.
