The last part of the thesis deals with the perception of brands on the cola market.

Těchto 10 personálních procesů je detailně rozebráno a jsou zde navrhnuty možnosti, jak současný stav vylepšit nebo se alespoň příbližit k optimu. Na závěr jsou fakta přehledně seřazeny do tabulky a jednotlivé personální činnosti jsou ohodnoceny na bodovací škále od 1 do 5.
