Pupil's attitudes to the issue of punishments

The bachelor thesis 'Pupil's attitudes to the issue of punishments' concerns the viewing of punishments by students of higher primary school in Skuhrov nad Bělou. The theoretical part deals with the issue of the personality definitions of a pupil and a teacher, it describes various educational styles and last but not least, penalties, their definitions, types and functions. The practical part is based on a quantitative survey among the pupils of primary school in Skuhrov nad Bělou. It focuses on their points of view and familiarity of the definitions and types of punishments. Furthermore, it examines their own experiences with penalties. The aim of this thesis is to ascertain opinions of the interviewed pupils in order to sort out their views and, where appropriate, to compare them with the views of adults that have already been carried.
Perception of perspective of rural life in adolescents

Theme: Perception of perspective of rural life in adolescents. Annotation: This bachelor thesis is focused on perception of perspective of rural life in adolescents. Aims and objectives were to find out how young people of the said age group associate their future life with countryside and if they are satisfied living there now. The project is divided into theoretical and practical aspects. The theoretical aspect describes the history, problems of unemployment, differences between living in country and a town and potential perspective of countryside. The practical aspect involves research. The qualitative methodology used was interviews. The result of whole research methodology was that the majority of young people prefer living in the countryside despite negative factors which are shortage of working opportunities and lack of social activities. This preference was due to presence of strong family roots and life being closer to nature. It mainly depends upon personality, will and ambition of an individual. /

Contact Separation,an Experimental Form of Institutional Social Care

This thesis is entitled "Contact Separation, an Experimental Form of Institutional Social Care." The aim of this thesis is to provide a deeper insight into institutional care and to introduce an innovative approach as a possible form of social care in relation to institutions dedicated to institutional social care. The thesis is divided into two sections - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the concept of institutional social care in the Czech Republic and represents a system of practices in a particular youth educational institute in Prague 9. The practical part is designed as a qualitative research investigation, on basis of which I am trying to answer the question whether this innovative form of care benefits the children that are on the run for a long time. In the thesis conclusion I am examining the results of the investigation and their use in present-day practice. Theme: Child's life in a foster care This Bachelor Paper deals with the points at issue of a foster care, especially living together of foster parents and a child with educational problems taken into care. The goal of this Bachelor Paper is to introduce problems of foster care and show a real case of a child with educational problems and show how this situation is solved in this family. The Paper should provide an answer to what factors could affect educational problems of the child. The Paper is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical ones. The theoretical part is devoted to a description and history of foster care forms in the Czech Republic. It also deals with living together - its preparation, making relations, etc. and subsequent living together - a child's in a foster family development, bringing up, relationships, surroundings, etc. In the empirical part there is a qualitatively focused research in a form of case Study, where an unstandardized interview, an observation and a study and analysis of documents are a tool of data collection.
