The bachelor thesis is concerned with privatization process in Czech Republic. Work characterizes the initial conditions, possible approaches and different methods of privatization in conjunction with their successes as well as criticism. The first part is devoted to transformation, starting points and approaches to privatization. The second part describes and evaluates the privatization process in the Czech Republic.
Training program for children with visual and mental disability in the age range 8-15 years

In this thesis I focused on children with visual and mental disability in the age range of 8-15 years. The theoretical part of this work includes characteristic of visual and mental disability. The practical part contains clearly arranged database of exercises for children with visual and mental disability .Created database of exercises for children is divided by groups B1, B2, B3 and also includes exercises lying down, sitting, standing, with aids and outdoors. All these exercises were consulted and subsequently verified on selected individuals to prove the feasibility of individual exercises. The definitive exercises were documented by photographs and are part of this database.

The following is an economic perspective and market performance franchise in the fitness for women. Aim of this work is the analysis and subsequent evaluation of the current state of fitness centers for women in the Czech market operated by franchisee.
Women's Attitudes to Advertising on Cosmetics

The thesis deals with general attitudes toward advertising and their influence on the effect of television advertising in the selected target group. The theoretical section explains communication and advertising, attitudes, their function, changes and formation and also focuses on attitudes towards advertising and their impact on the effectiveness of advertising. In the practical part, there was done my own research on the advertising of cosmetic products and the target group of women. The methodology description is followed by secondary and primary research into general attitudes towards advertising and the effect of selected ads on cosmetics in the target group. In conclusion, the analysis of relationship between attitudes on advertising and advertising effects was done, the results were evaluated and possible implications for practice were suggested.
Characteristic Of Demand For Health Food Products

The objective of this thesis is to describe to a reader the specific characteristics of demand for health products. The theoretical part consists of two sections, first one is about main conclusions of microeconomic analysis of demand and the facts about consumer expenses or rather expenditure on food are also observed. The second section deals with a significant influence of marketing mixture and its basic instruments. At first the practical part analyzes the competitive environment on the health food market, in the next section the questions about consumer behaviour, essential characteristics of consumer of these products and marketing activities of manufacturers in this industry are answered.
Alternative theories of the firm

This thesis is focused on matters of alternative theories of a company in relation to their neoclasicistic model. It deals with view on profit maximization as traditional goal of a company and on different alternatives of this goal -- either reaching of satisfying amount of profit, or maximizing other economic indicators of a company or even on mission of a company to share with the community from its profit, which is above a company's primary function. This paper reviews function of a profit accross different theories and gives detailed overview on selected models of management and behavioral alternative theories. These points are later on followed by a section dedicated to corporate responsibility of companies. Its placing between alternative theories of company is preceded by an overview of relevant expert literature sources and by an overview of conditions, which current form and understanding of corporate social responsibility formed. The end of the paper is focused on JNJ Corporation and its environment, in which the company fulfills its social responsibility goals.

This thesis defines the basic characteristics of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, which is loosely translated as social responsibility. The theoretical part deals with the area and the benefits as the main actors. It further describes methods of measuring corporate social responsibility and last paragraphs of the theory describes the steps necessary to implement the concept of CSR into business strategy. Occasionally it also mentioned the historical development of CSR. The practical part is devoted to the Vodafone Czech Republic a. s. and its specific activity in the area of social responsibility. It also includes case studies that the main object is to assist the voluntary non-profit organization. Marginally described the situation in the Czech Republic, as the business sector sees CSR concept.

The main purpose of this Diploma Thesis is to provide an overview of the Czech Consumer behavior and the American Consumer behavior based on the marketing parameters, economic elements and sociocultural dimensions that affect their purchase decisions. This thesis portraits the different purchase directions and preferences of the modern societies in USA and Czech Republic and the reasoning behind them therefore it will allow future investors and entrepreneurs to understand their business surroundings and make informed decisions towards specific objectives and targets in the both countries.
Corporate Culture of Vodafone Czech Republic a.s.

Corporate culture is considered as an important idicator of firm's long-term performance. It represents a collection of values, norms and attitudes that are shared in people in organization and that control the way they interact with each other and with stakeholders. First part of the thesis describes corporate culture from theoretical point of view, concretely definition, characteristics and typology of corporate culture, its relation to company's control processes and its changes. Second part of the thesis concentrates on analysis of corporate culture of Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. I paid attention to linkage between corporate culture and company strategy, elements of corporate culture and to its manifestations in internal communication and employees questions. Corporate Social Responsibility issue as an inseparable part of company's culture is analyzed as well. Final part of the thesis belongs to a review of Vodafone's corporate culture with focus on its strength and pros and cons implied.
