Social Communication in Children with High-Functioning Autism in Preschool Age

The submitted master thesis is dealing with social communication skills in preschool children with high functioning autism. Theoretical part is based upon description of symptoms and education possibilities of those children. Consecutively the social communication concept is defined. In practical part case study of seven years old boy with high functioning autism is presented. Main attention is paid to development and training of social communication skills. Specific ways and aids that are used to practice social communication are shown.
Analysis of not only special-educational needs of a family with a disadvanteged child

In my dissertation, I am adressing analysis of special pedagogic needs of disabled children's families.. I am describing each single sphere connected to this problem in the theoretical part. That includes family, psychical and other needs of parents(as educators) as well as disabled children, special pedagogic and social needs. In the practical part, I adress analysis of mentioned needs, whereas I am issuing two studies of families with disabled children. I am comparing work of vision therapists, professional support which family and child gets, and family surrounding.

Je vodrais décrire tous les aspectes de ceux relations- a partir d amitié, puis facilement etre ensemble, vivre en couple et en fin le mariage- et les trucs avec ces aspectes elués (les enfants et leur formation, les finances en famille,…). We will mainly focus on which therapies are offered by these schools and how many pupils use them and make benefit from them.

The Diploma thesis "Possibility of using dance for people with mental disabilities" is providing of effects on dancing and movement to person with mental disabilities. Limited notions important for this thesis to get acquainted with some techniques of dance therapy and styles using for people with mental disabilities. Thesis describes using the dancing techniques in three visited institution. It suggests dance and movement lessons divided according to the age. A part of thesis is CD with several explained segment of belly dancing.

The aim of this disertation is the describes therapeutics methods, procedures and aids, whitch are offered and most frequently used in the teaching of sensual upbringing at the rehabilitave classes at the special basic school. The second part is devoted to a survey of therapeutics methods and procedures used for the education of pupils with mental higher and pupils with combined higher of education in accordance with the rehabilitave educational program of the rehabilitative classes at the basic schools for students with special needs in the area of sensual upbringing. The end of disertation is devoted to illustartions and a description of some, hand made, interesting aids in these classes.
Integration of children from special classes into elementary schools

This thesis deals with integration of children from special classes into elementary schools. Its aim is to find out whether this integration contributes to improving of mutual relations and whether it improves motivation to live a good-quality life . The theoretical part is derived from professional literarure, describes and defines expressions connected with pre-school education and compulsory education. It also specifies health différencies of school children, deals with integration, child and behaviour development disorders, cephalonia and speech disorders. Through the research ,the children integration into a particular school is investigated in the practical part. The integration of five children in a particular school is observed through questionnaires , observations and dialoges.
The children with visual handicap and pre-school education

The children with visual handicap are the same as the healthy children. They have the same basic physical, psychical and feeling needs. Yet in addition, they have got special educational needs caused by their handicap. If they grow up in a good, stimulating and friendly surrounding, with suitable education program and global tyflopedic care, a lot of them can successfully join other adults in the society. We perceive our surrounding with all senses. The sense analyzers are working in inseparable mutuality. We can touch if vision is impossible. The sense of touch is spread all over our body, so we are feeling something continuously. We are attracted or repulsed by different materials. The sense of hearing is interpreting information about our surroundings. We can close our eyes, but hearing perceives all the time. Also the sense of smelling transfers messages from places wee cannot see. Well known smell can cause us to remember some images from our memory. Taste aids our imagination in the same way. Correctly performed sense exercises are the key issue in the integration of the children with visual handicap info the human society. The basic idea of the sense exercises is training the healthy senses to be able to compensate and reeducate missing or damaged vision.
Psychological and special pedagogical strategies acceptance of progressive visual impairment

Diploma thesis is focused on psychological and special pedagogical strategies acceptance of progressive visual impairment. The first chapter deals with the psyche of individuals with progressive visual impairment. It seeks to chart the possibilities of managing this difficult situation. Attention is also paid to the child's personality with progressive visual impairment. The second chapter focuses on issues of progressive visual impairment from a medical point of view. Describes a progressive visual condition of the child and adult age. Further follow up and selected diagnoses affect the human psyche. The third chapter discusses the possibilities of education and education of children, pupils and students with progressive visual impairment. This chapter also deals with the rehabilitation of adults with progressive visual impairment. The last chapter, the practical part of the thesis, deals with analysis of case studies. It's main objective was to analyze the life of a man with progressive visual disability in several areas. Emphasis was placed on how this handicapped people cope with their progressive visual impairment and how to use aids in the gradual deterioration of vision. Finally, attention was drawn to how progressive visual impairment affects the daily lives of people with visual disabilities.
Development of educational PC software for visually impaired children

The diploma work is focused on development of educational PC software dedicated to visually impaired children. It is intended for junior school-aged children with visual abilities in category of middle and high level of low vision and also for children with disorders of binocular vision. The intention of this sotware is education of visually impaired children especially in domain of knowledge about the world of animals. It also helps children to reeducate their vision abilities.
