Programm of effective learning as a part of learning competency development

The objective of the thesis was to form the programm concept for effective learning development. After charting the theory we drew following conclusion: the sufficient help in learning competencies development could be provided by specific offer of influencing the learning strategies technique of student. As a concrete form we chose 2 - days training tested in 7. classes in Basic school Praha - Klanovice. There were following essential bases for the training: 1) pedagogical - psychological diagnostics - simplified version applicable for teacher work 2) introduction to psychology of learning - the bases of grounds of learning psychology was provided to children ( suitable to their age) 3) planing as supposal of effective learning - suitable skills 4) correction of deficiencies - designation of impropriate strategie of learning and follow-on formation of new, more effective ones. We consider the 2 - days traning to be contributing in the sense of formation student's preparedness to the next wilful influencing his learning process.
Pre-School Education of the Vietnamese in the Czech Republic

This text is especially intended as an educational material for teachers at kindergartens, however it can be interesting also for general public. The thesis includes multicultural education in the Czech kindergartens. In this work I try to describe the problems that concern the inclusion of Vietnamese children in Czech kindergartens. The theoretical part deals with terms related to multicultural education. Further I details describe the Vietnamese customs, traditions and other differences between the Vietnamese and Czech culture. Study possibilities of people with handicap at selected universities

This work describes studying possibilities of people with disability on selected universities in Czech republic and cover regarding problems and topic. First part of work focuses on introduction into above mentioned issues. Reader can get familiar with terminology and characteristics of each student's health disability where they are all at once studying at university. There is considered these health disabilities mainly: visual impairment, hearing impairment, (body) disability and specific learning disabilities. Next part of this work is dedicated to legislation which deal with this area not only in Czech republic, but also at international range. Main part describes work of organization helping students with special educational needs not only established at universities. Mentioned organization offer their services not only for students of given universities, but also for public with health disability. Final part is dedicated to student's stories, which are studying at some universities.

The topic of the thesis is problems of specifics of educational process by children in school facilities for institutional care. The thesis set a goal discover by observation difference between the educational process at ordinary basic school and the educational process at basic school by children's home. Within an educational process the author has been comparing both of types of schools. The theoretical part of thesis defines the educational process and specifics of education of children with behaving disorders. The qualitative research has used to achievement a goal. There have methods of observation and interview used in research. Knowledges and results of research can be exploited to improvement of quality of the educational process in practice.
Specificity of decision for a dance career comparising other types of schools

Cílem této práce je vymezit možná specifika volby tanečního povolání ve srovnání s volbou povolání na jiných typech středních škol. Ke zjištění hlavního stimulu pro výběr studia na taneční konzervatoři byla zvolena motivace jakožto rozhodující faktor pro výběr profese (určitého typu střední školy). Výsledkem této rigorózní práce by mělo být stanovení specifik volby tanečního povolání - tedy, proč začínají děti studovat na taneční konzervatoři, do jaké míry průběh studia posiluje jejich původní motivaci a jestli po absolvování konzervatoře chtějí pracovat ve vystudovaném oboru. Zaměřujeme se právě na takto úzce specializovanou školu, protože se domníváme, že právě oblast vzdělávání na konzervatořích nebyla dosud předmětem zájmu pedagogických výzkumů. Aby měl náš problém skutečně výpovědní hodnotu, realizovali jsme výzkum jednak na taneční konzervatoři a jednak na dalších typech středních škol. Touto prací bychom chtěli přispět jednak ke zmapování důvodů, proč dítě začíná studovat právě na té určité škole a rovněž k tomu, kolik studentů chce po ukončení vybrané školy pracovat ve vystudovaném oboru. Fyzické nároky na studium taneční konzervatoře se dají plně srovnat s nároky vrcholového sportu. Tím se jistě významně liší od jiných typů středních škol. Nicméně liší se od nich ještě něčím jiným? Relationships to family of gays and lesbians

This work issue from individual polostandardized interviews of gays and lesbians which were obtain to this work by method of Snowball Sampling and searching on the web-nets. Their family histories (stories) and biography were noted on dictaphone and written down to the letter. Mains objectives of this work are two and has theme about family. Objectives are: "Maping of relationships of lesbians and gays in family neighbourhood (primary family)" and "Relationship of lesbians and gay to their secondary family". Author gets in this way individual own view of gays and lesbians on these problems. To this work is added one interview of bisexual too who lived a long time lesbian's life style and currently she is a few years married.
Readiness of kindergarten teachers to work with Vietnamese children

The present text attempts to prepare experts - kindergarten teachers for quality work with children with a different native language - specifically with Vietnamese children. The theoretical part describes important information from the issue of socio-cultural specifics of the Vietnamese minority, to the topic of dealing with the mastery of the Czech language. The theoretical part is devoted to the topic of individual development of kindergarten teachers, multicultural education, and with the integration of Vietnamese children in Czech schools. The practical part describes the main issues that have teachers Czech kindergartens with Vietnamese children. Children Preparedness to Beginning of Compulsory Education from Social-cultural Handicapped Background

This thesis is focused on the issue of children coming from socially and culturally disadvantaged environment before their entry to the compulsory education from a socially- pedagogical point of view. It describes the influence of the environment the child lives in, its family, the community, and the living conditions affecting its readiness for admission to an elementary school. The nature of work is theoretical work and research. The theoretical part of the thesis in quires into such terms as socialization, family, social and cultural disadvantage, the Roma, preschool education, and their interdependence. It describes the current methods used for recognizing the school maturity and preparedness for an entry to the compulsory education of children in the Czech Republic. It compares the most common institutional forms of preparation for the compulsory education, i.e. nursery school and preliminary classes at elementary schools that are designated especially to the children of socially and culturally disadvantaged background. E-learning exploitation aiming at commercial correspondence tuition

This diploma thesis disserts upon the topic of e-learning and the possibility of its exploitation when teaching the subject "Business Correspondence." Its aim is to introduce the project of an e-book which I am preparing for my students and to show that under current socio-political conditions such an idea can be implemented absolutely as a free act, altogether independently of the state of legislation or educational system alone and without the need to expend substantial financial investments. The whole text consists of two parts. The theoretic part covers in its introduction an analysis of the background of the origin and development of information society including its reflection in pedagogy. Further, it analyses the concept of information and communication technologies which are subsequently placed in context with pedagogical environment and human learning. This part offers the view of e-learning and defines it for the purpose of this thesis. The second part deals with exploitation of theoretical findings in practice when creating an electronic learning text. It explains reasons why the idea of the project originated, defines it in terms of established concepts and specifies its technical as well as personnel requirements. Media picture of the teacher in the Czech cinematography in the period after the year 2000

The thesis "Media Picture of a Teacher in the Czech Film in the Period Since 2000" is construed as one of a theoretical-empirical nature. Its theoretical part has set out two objectives. First, a process, through which media takes part in construing the reality and building up a discourse on the present teacher, is being described in such part. Another objective rests in a brief depiction of the current state of a teacher profession, and a description of the academic discourse, which is being presented by a pedagogical science with respect to a figure of the teacher. In addition, selected Czech films creating a media picture of the teacher that are subject to a critical discourse analysis in the empirically based part of the thesis are presented in the theoretical part thereof. Individual types of discourse, which these films propose with respect to a teacher, are being commented on at the conclusion of such thesis.
