Jesus in the Koran; with Regards to Islamic As Well As Christian Traditions and the Person of Virgin Mary

Different perception of the person of Jesus Christ remains to be among the most frequent and challenging questions of the dialogue between Christianity and Islam. Intention of this work is therefore to introduce at least basic elements of qur'ānic christology, i. e. the peculiar "word" of the Qur'ān about identity and mission of Jesus. It follows the fascinating process by which one religious tradition or culture adopted and assimilated the towering figure of another tradition and embraced it in its own conceptions of history of prophecy and of revelation from God. It further compares controversial attitudes of the Qur'ān (and let us say of Islam generally), such as refutation of Christian dogmas of the divinity of Jesus or the Holy Trinity, with creeds and statements of Christian christology; it devotes special attention to the person and story of Virgin Mary either. Within its explanation the work attempts to search out eventual origins or sources of the specific Islamic appreciation of Jesus, especially in Christian, canonical or apocryphal traditions. To emphasize the significance which is attributed to the mission of Jesus by Islamic orthodoxy and ordinary believers the essay refers also to the perspectives and narrations of later Islamic tradition which embellishes and elaborates qur'ānic indications...

The question of human identity and the way it's understood in orthodox and evangelical approach

This bachelor thesis entitled The Question of Human Identity and its Understanding in Orthodox and Evangelical Tradition - the Visions of Olivier Clément and Stanley Grenz is dealing with the topic of human identity in the means of Christian theology, particularly in the perception of Orthodox and Evangelical tradition. The key authors in this thesis are Olivier Clément and Stanley Grenz, both representing one of the particular Christian traditions. The thesis deals with the question of human identity through the theological approach of both of the authors, which is set in the broader context of their work. The particular emphases are expressed within the framework of theological anthropology, and discussed with the terms characteristic for systematic theology. Furthermore, the thesis emphasizes theological analysis and subsequent critical reflection of the question of human identity, with the goal of establishing space for critical thinking about this topic, and with possible inspiration for the following research of the question of human identity.

The Biblical Concept of Abraham and Jakob

This bachelor thesis deals with the motive of journey, specifically with biblical journeys of Abraham and Jacob. It tells not only of the places, where their journeys lead, but mainly of the unique practice, experiences and relationships, which form these prophets and shape up their lives. The goal of the thesis is to unveal the evolution process of their relationship to God during their life journeys. The work describes the progress in deepening of faith within the life tests, hesitation within fulfillment of the Lord's challenges, same as the confirmation of the fidelity and allegiance to the one and only God. Part of this thesis consists of update of two ancient stories. It compares the life journeys of the biblical patriarchs with the life journeys of the modern history personalities. 20th Century Theologies of Play - Hugo Rahner and Jurgen Moltmann: Blind Alley

The aim of the present text is play and playing along all respective forms from the perspective of systematic theology. Two most comprehensive play theologiesas presented in the books Der Spielende Mensch by Hugo Rahner and Die Ersten Freigelassenen der Schöpfung by Jürgen Moltmann and connected writings are analysed. The analysis expands on the understanding of play as play and ensuing theological interpretations, as portrayed by both authors, in the context of their theological legacy, professional endeavours and historical circumstances relating to the time of inception of their respective play theologies. Such play theologies are outlined both on the general level and presented inparticular details and points of emphasis in terms of systematic theology. Sources of inspiration, direct motivations to engage in play theologies arepresented from the perspective of both respective theologians as well as thereception and impact of their writings. Consequently, a comparison of both play theologies is presented. Their compatibility is argued both on the level of key eschatological and soteriological conclusions as well as foundations emphasising freedom, joy and creativity as fundamental theological qualities of play. The exercise of parental responsibility by persons serving prison sentence

The Diploma Thesis called The exercise of parental responsibility by persons serving prison sentence deals with the institute of parental responsibility, which means fulfilling and execution of rights and duties of parents serving prison sentence towards their underage children. Legal framework of this institute pursuant to current legislation in the Civil Code is described in detail in the theoretic part, the next part deals with the execution of sentence prison sentence as a specific life circumstance in which a human being is caught in as a parent. The research survey carried out in selected Czech penitentiaries for execution of prison sentence of men and women. The thesis analyses the current legislation of rights and duties of parents serving prison sentence and maps their carrying out in practice. Using the quantitative methodology, the results of the research survey show that rights and duties of parents acknowledged by legislation and in practice of the Constitutional court of the Czech Republic are substantially restricted during the execution of prison sentence. Quality Standard No. 2, the rights of social service users

This bachelor thesis deals with the quality standard no. 2, which is part of other quality standards applied in social services. The aim of this work is to describe in particular standard no. 2, which regulates the rights of users in social services and to present differently percieved practical experience with the introduction of standards in practice in residential services. Various investigations, research, and methodologies that describe the most common problems associated withnon- compliance with standard no. 2, which I will point out in this work, contributed to these experiences. An inspection which performs an output chceck of its proper implementation in normal operation, has sometimes another view of the aplication of standard no.2. The aim of this thesis is to define the standard no.2, to describe its importance in social work and point out the possibilities of violations, practice, especially in residential services.In last part of the thesis Idedicate attention to the inspection of social services. Finally will be provided a summary of the experts who described the inspection work of the social services.

Corporality is Gods gift

In the following work I try to grasp the theme of body and corporeality as a gift in Christian conception. Thus, in its first chapter, the work itself will go from the basic presentation of the polarity human body and spirit, the sacrament of the body and its conception as a body created according to the image of God. Thus, the reader will be able to look into the sacramental dual unity in man, the unity of the body and the soul that is desired and desired by God, and who is eternal in God. The second chapter, following the introduction of the body as an inseparable part of man, will elaborate the given theme of creation of the body to a greater depth to the conception of the created body as a gift. Here, the compilation offers the reader even greater insight into the mystery of the body through the Christian perception of the gift. The character and purpose of the gift then eventually distributes the work in its third chapter, existing with the consensus of the previous chapters, by approaching human corporeality and body through one single pattern, which is the body of Christ. Man from the Bible perspective and holistic concept of Social work

This bachelor thesis tries to describe the personality of a man from the perspective of biblical anthropology and the resulting need for a holistic approach of helping professions to clients of all target groups of social work. It is based primarily on Genesis, which focuses on two messages of human creation. It shows how both messages are reflected in the Bible as a whole. The first chapter, in addition to the messages of creation, describes the individual aspects of human being, which are body, soul, spirit and heart. It emphasizes that man is a holistic being according to the Bible. Man is the body, man is the soul, man is the spirit, not that man has got the body, the soul and the spirit. Therefore every man must feed all aspects of his personality, otherwise he suffers. And here is the space for holistic social work. The topic of the contribution of biblical anthropology for social work is discussed in the second chapter of this bachelor thesis. It also wants to show that even to social workers who do not claim any religion can help the Bible to shape their personal spirituality and approach to clients. It also mentions the terms of moral autonomy and conscience as a necessary prerequisite for the ethically proper conduct of a social worker.
