Depozice a charakterizace nanostrukturních diamantů podobných uhlíkových vrstev obsahujících oxid křemíku
Buršíková, V. ; Zajíčková, L. ; Franta, D. ; Janča, J. ; Buršík, Jiří ; Klapetek, P. ; Bláhová, O. ; Peřina, V. ; Navrátil, V.
The aim present work was to deposit and study nanostructured diamond-like carbon coatings with silicon-oxide content on different substrate materials. The variation in SiOx content enabled to minimize the intrinsic compressive stress in coatings. The influence of the coating/substrate interface properties on the results of the indentation tests and its dependence on the coating thickness was studied.Complex analysis of the maesured coating/substrate response was done and the existing models for substrate influence were tested.
Instrumentovaný indentační test v nano- a mikroměřítku
Buršíková, V. ; Buršík, Jiří ; Bláhová, O. ; Dušek, J. ; Navrátil, V.
Several materials were chosen to span a wide range of hardness and structure, including pure copper, nickel, titanium, cadmium, zinc and silver.Nanoindentation hardness and microhardness values in wide interval of loads, measured by DSI method and classical Vickers microhardness method were compared in view of indentation Size Effect.
Diamond growth on silicon and WC-Co by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition
Frgala, Z. ; Kudrle, V. ; Janča, J. ; Buršíková, V. ; Vašina, P. ; Meško, M. ; Buršík, Jiří ; Kadlečíková, M. ; Klapetek, P.
We studied the growth of microcrystalline diamond films on pre-treated Si and WC-Co substrates by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition. We observed the interesting time dependence of the negative bias voltage during nucleation stage which is useful for nucleation process monitoring. The layers were analysed by Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy.
Study of influence of discharge parameters on mechanical properties of plasma treated surfaces
Buršíková, V. ; Zajíčková, L. ; Buršík, Jiří ; Janča, J.
Several different types of intermediate layers between the polycarbonate substrate and the plasma deposited hard SiOx-like protective coating have been studied. By the help of an optimized fracture resistant intermediate multilayer system and hard SiOx-like protective coating the original PC surface hardness was increased by almost two orders of magnitude.
