The theoretical part of thesis is aimed to work motivation, wage-payment systems and employee benefits. The theory is applied in the second part of thesis, which brings suggestions to improve actual motivation system. Solutions are based on company and employee research.

The Subject of this thesis is the issue of motivation and evaluation of employees in the company The Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization. The work is divided into three parts. The first part analyzes theoretical concepts and theoretical background which are needed to process for preparation of other two parts. The second analytic part includes the analysis, which are necessary information about the company and there is also covered the motivational system of the company in detail. The main point is the reset of the survey, which serves as the main basis for the last part. The last practical part includes a few proposals of improvements of the motivation system and their appreciation, according to the results of the research.

This part also describes the burnout syndrom, its processes and burnout prevention in connection with a non-profit organization. The practical part deals with the occurence of burnout syndrome in a selected non-profit organization. I also focus on the analysis of motivation and work performance relating the burnout syndrome. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the burnout syndrome occurence in the particular organization and create maasures to eliminate the burnout. ¨.

The subject of my diploma thesis is acquisition, selection and recruitment of workers in selected company. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from literature. There are defined concepts, methods, and procedures the issue. The second part characterizes selected company described its business area and there is a detailed analysis of the company employees. This section also focuses on the current system of acquisition, selection and recruitment of staff. The final section includes proposed amendments and recommendations in selected areas that will improve the efficiency of the system.
