Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní motivace, hodnocení a odměňování ve společnosti Siemens. Podstatou práce je navrhnout nápady na zlepšení motivačního systému v této společnosti a zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců v organizaci. Současný stav je analyzován prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a interních dat společnosti. This thesis deal with the problem of work motivation, evaluation and compensation in Siemens. The core of this thesis is to design new ideas for improving of motivation system in this company and find out satisfaction of employees in the organization. The current situation is analyzed via questionnaire research and internal sources.
