The Influence of state policy of employment to persons under the age of 26

The purpose of the Diploma thesis "The influence of state policy of employment to persons under the age of 26" is to define a group of young unemployment individuals with elementary and high education with certificate of apprenticeship. The thesis describes tools of employment policy, which influences the target group of people. The practical goal of the thesis is to conduct qualitative survey inside the user group of streetwork programme for children and young adults in the Cerny Most area. The users of the programme are target group in the thesis. The main purpose of the survey is to find out, what are the experiences of the users with jobs searching and with specific active tools of employment policy. The results of survey are analyzed and conclusions with recommendations are made. The work deals with Parental Alienation Syndrome and connects it to the separation of parents or in their process of a breakup. It also deals with selected work options, specifically work with parents in the conflict and the actual work with the family in the presence of this syndrome. The theoretical part is a chapter of parents'separation and a chapter of Parental Alienation Syndrome. The practical part includes a description of the research, evaluation and conclusions. The main objective of the research is to analyze the situation of the family, giving rise to the syndrome from the perspective of the alienated parents. Parental Alienation Syndrome is a high risk for society and its occurrence or consequences are not negligible. Topicality is given to the large number of separations and divorces in our society.
Pastoral care for palliative patients and their families

This study is aimed at a pastoral care of palliative patients and their families (the bereaved). The first part is dedicated to the content of the pastoral care of the dying person and the naming of individual tasks. There is described a pastoral conversation that is accompanied in the course of caring typical for this group of patients and the pastoral targets. The second part is devoted to the care of the bereaved and its possibilities in the current time. There is giving a description of the particular stages in terms of the bereaved and the carers and the specifics of the care of a bereaved child. It is ended with a chapter discusses about the importance of the hope (particularly transcendental) in the pastoral care of the dying person and the bereaved families.
On Employing Persons with Health Impairment: Law, Possibilities, Difficulties

I want to achieve several goals in this Master Thesis. The first one is a brief description of the nowadays understanding of the phenomenon of unemployment, health disability and their common interaction. Another aim of the thesis is to summarize the social effects which are caused by unemployment. Possibilities of finding a position for the invalid people in the employment market are discussed as well. I will mention certain disadvantages of employing invalid persons. The disadvantages are mainly caused by the health status of invalids and eventually by a long period of being unemployed. The substantial part of the thesis consists of case studies of persons with health impairment. Diploma thesis "Behavioral symptoms in sexually abused children, families access and response of social workers" focuses on clarifying the issue of child sexual abuse and its course. The introductory chapters deal with explaining the concept of sexual abuse and the possible occurrence. It characterized by potential victims, offenders and the possible risks. The work focuses on social and psychosomatic manifestations of children who are victims of sexual abuse. It compares the responses of children by age and sex. The important part is the revelation of the incident. Revealed is the most deliverance victim of pathological behavior. The work describes the victim may have reasons for concealing situation, how it reacts family after disclosure. How the assistence of social workers in contact with victims of sexual abuse.But also what measures are needed to prevent further deprivation of the child. The main goal of this work is to answer the main research question "What is the situation of the family associated with reportinag CSA?". This question seeks the whole structure of the work. The Palliative Care of Dying People with Intellectual Disabilities in Sheltered Housing

My diploma thesis is called The Palliative Care of Dying People with Intellectual Disabilities in Sheltered Housing. The purpose of the text is to create an overview study of palliative care about dying people with mental disabilities. The reason why I have decided to focus on such a relevant issue is a wide shortage of information in Czech Republic compared to other countries. People with mental disabilities nowadays tend to live longer and the question of palliative care for them is crucial. My thesis is divided into six main sections. In the first section I talk about the ethics dilemma of palliative care. By ethics dilemma I mean problems that are needed to be dealt with in palliative care. One of them is the decision if it is adequate to die in an institution or in a home environment. In this section for instance it is described if it is necessarily to tell the truth the patients about their health conditions. The text is also referring to the medical advances comparing to quality of life of dying people. I also describe what the quality of life means to people and how to reach the highest level of quality of life in palliative care.
