Diplomová práce na téma "Vliv státní politiky zaměstnanosti na osoby do 26 let" má za cíl definovat skupinu mladých nezaměstnaných se základním a středním odborným vzděláním s výučním listem. Má popsat nástroje politiky zaměstnanosti, které mají vliv na tuto cílovou skupinu. Prakticky má za cíl provést kvalitativní šetření mezi uživateli terénního programu pro děti a mládež na Černém Mostě, kteří spadají do cílové skupiny. Cílem šetření je zjistit, jaké mají uživatelé služby zkušenosti s hledáním práce a s jednotlivými aktivními nástroji politiky zaměstnanosti. Výsledky šetření jsou na závěr vyhodnoceny a jsou vyvozeny závěry a doporučení KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA Politika zaměstnanosti Aktivní nástroje politiky zaměstnanosti Nezaměstnanost Úřad práce Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí (MPSV) Terénní sociální práce The purpose of the Diploma thesis "The influence of state policy of employment to persons under the age of 26" is to define a group of young unemployment individuals with elementary and high education with certificate of apprenticeship. The thesis describes tools of employment policy, which influences the target group of people. The practical goal of the thesis is to conduct qualitative survey inside the user group of streetwork programme for children and young adults in the Cerny Most area. The users of the programme are target group in the thesis. The main purpose of the survey is to find out, what are the experiences of the users with jobs searching and with specific active tools of employment policy. The results of survey are analyzed and conclusions with recommendations are made.
