A Reading Diary Application
Navrátil, Petr ; Podivínský, Jakub (referee) ; Krčma, Martin (advisor)
Development of information technology enables us to take notes of all kind in more comfortable, electronic way than as it was in written form. Improvement can be seen for example in case of reading diaries which were mostly hand-written when we first got in touch with them in elementary school. This Bachelor's thesis is focusing on creating an application suitable for writing a personal reading diary. Application will enable user to fill own literary analysis, track reading time of books or add books to user's individual lists which will represent shelves as known from libraries. Users will be able to share their books and shelves with other users.

Building for sport purposes
Navrátil, Petr ; Štrba, Michal (referee) ; Pilgr, Milan (advisor)
The theme of this diploma thesis is design and check load-carrying steel structure of building for sport purposes in two variants. Building is situated in Holešov town. Primary emphasis is placed on purpose of this building and on her integration to the given locality. The steel structure is created by two objels, main (hall) and side part (admin. part). Both of this building have common east wall. Plan dimension of hall part is 40 on 40m and the highest point of this part is 15,9m height above ground. Admin. part is greated like frame with columns in 8x8m grid and 8m height. Overall height of this part is 8m. For analisys of internal forces was constructed spatial bar model which was used for an optimization of partial bars for both limit states. The cladding will be made by system of Kingspan panels.

Anonymization of PCAP Files
Navrátil, Petr ; Hynek, Jiří (referee) ; Holkovič, Martin (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design and implementation of an application suitable for the anonymization of PCAP files. The thesis presents TCP/IP model and for each layer highlights attributes that can be used to identify real people or organizations. Some of the anonymization methods suitable to modify highlighted attributes and sensitive data are described. The implemented application uses TShark tool to parse byte data of PCAP format to JSON format that is used in the application. TShark supports lots of network protocols which allows the application to anonymize various attributes. Anonymization process is controlled by anonymization politics that can be customized by adding new attributes or anonymization methods.

Teaching guide for the ATMEL development board
Navrátil, Petr ; Hadinec, Michal (referee) ; Friedl, Martin (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is focused on developing applications for the developing board with microcontroller ATMEL (ATmega16). Bachelor’s thesis describes the microcontroller including a description of hardware components and control registers. This book describes the various peripherals on the developing kit with programming examples. Simple modules have been created for the developing board, which could be used to program complex project and easy aplications. On these modules are periphery as matrix keyboard, encoder, real time clock and circuit L293D for controling DC motor with PWM signal. The AVR Studio version 4.18 is described and used here as a programming software. This work should serve as a guide about ATMEL AVR ATmega series for beginning or advanced programmers. Examples of individual programs are a part of this work.

Instrument power supply unit
Navrátil, Petr ; Vorel, Pavel (referee) ; Tománek, Radek (advisor)
The semestral thesis deals with theoretical preparation for the following diploma thesis. The content of this semestral thesis is familiarization with STM32 microcontrollers, especially with timer blocks, A/D converters and I2C interfaces. The work continues to deal with a theoretical introduction to the selected switching power supply unit and the theoretical design of power supplies for the power supply unit. Subsequently, printed circuit boards were designed for each power source. The final step involves measuring the efficiency of each power source.

Lobbying and Corruption in European Union Legislative Procedure
Prudilová, Eva ; Scheu, Harald Christian (advisor) ; Navrátil, Petr (referee)
Lobbying and Corruption in the European Union Legislative Procedure Abstract The diploma thesis deals with influencing the legislative process of the European Union. Legislation at European Union level affects the lives of millions of citizens as well as the functioning of legal systems and law in the Member States. Although the primary law of the European Union presupposes the participation of the general public in the legislative process, which takes place precisely through interest groups, lobbyists, the issue remains neglected in the academic environment. At the same time, the word expression "lobbying" is entwined with many myths and is associated mainly with a negative meaning. The participation of lobbyists, its legitimacy, the border with the illegal influence of the legislative process is thus still perceived as a gray zone in which it is difficult to navigate. The thesis aims to distinguish between legal and legitimate participation of interest groups in the legislative process and illegal practices - corruption. To do this, an analysis of legal norms is used, which regulates both negotiations in the first and second part of the diploma thesis. In the case of corruption, it is a complex, long-evolving and clear regulation. However, comprehensive legislation on lobbying and the participation of...
