The bachelor thesis is focused on communication mix of the company Sonnentor which is concerned with bio-teas and bio-spice production. The aim of this bacherol thesis is to propose an improvement of the communication mix on the basic of the theoretical knowledge and the analysis of the current situation. The first part of the bacherol thesis is concerned with theoretical knowledge. The basic terms from the marketing and communication mix areas are defined here. There is the analysis of the company´s current situation in the second, analytical part.

In this thesis I focus on the issue of the marketing mix of registered association. I split it into three main chapters. The first chapter is theoretical. Here I define elementary concepts, marketing mix, as such analysis necessary for analytical chapter. Second part of my Bachelor thesis solve the issue of the marketing mix of the accociation itself. It analyse and evaluate actual situation. In the third final part I suggest new solutions for the marketing mix of the registered association and its improvements.

The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to suggest a suitable motivational system for the Clia, s.r.o. company. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic koncept of motivation is explained. Next part of the thesis introduces an analytic survey, based on which the possible imperfections of the company might be shown. In the conclusing part, the possible measures for improvement of the company´s motivational system are proposed. These measures should lead to an increased motivation and productivity.

Thesis is separated into four parts. Theoretical part is focused on theoretic assumptions, which relates to marketing mix issues. Analytical part is comparing gathered information from theoretical part with current company’s situation. Suggesting part describes specific suggestions for improvements, which were, based on analytical part, evaluated as problematic. Last part deals with economical evaluation and benefits of suggested measures.
