Strategic planning in sport federation - Czech Pole and Art Sports federation

Title: Strategic planning in sport federation - Czech Pole & Art Sports federation Objectives: The main goal of this diploma thesis is to make a strategic plan for the Czech pole and art sports association by using each step of strategic planning and necessary analysis. The case study of the association should show up an unutilized potential, which could be very profitable. This would be useful for the position of the Czech pole and arts sports federation within this new sports discipline. Methods: I used a mixed research, which contains quantitative and also qualitative research, concretely a written questionnaire, an interview, an analysis of documents and a SWOT analysis. Results: Results of the analysis were the main part for the making of the strategic plan. The goals and the tasks which needs to be done are divided and shown by the time schedule of its realization in the tables. Utilization of Facebook in studio Arven's marketing

Title: Utilization of Facebook in studio Arven's marketing Objectives: The aim of this work is to create a facebook fan page for Power Plate studio Arven in Čelákovice. The facebook fan page was created on the basis of survey. Then the effectiveness of the page was evaluated. Methods: In this work have been taken both quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative method was applied in survey among existing clients of studio Arven and facebook fans of fitness clubs. Qualitative method was used during structured interviews. The facebook page was monitored. Results: It was found that the facebook page serves as a presentation for companies. However, fans of the facebook pages do not follow the pages very often. This diploma thesis deals with the marketing strategy of the sport club called Boroboard. This club takes place in Samokov, Bulgaria. The club competes in snowboard disciplines. On base of the theoretical knowledge, there will be made external analysis, wich will help to define possible problems, they will have to deal with next season. Marketing management of sports brand Nike in the Czech Republic

Title: Marketing management of sports brand Nike in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of thesis is to describe and evaluate the current marketing management of sports brand Nike in the Czech Republic based on made qualitative analysis. The next point is to detect strengths and weaknesses. Then in the consequence of obtainable knowledge suggest new procedures and implements in marketing which can be used to improve marketing management of the brand. Methods: In this theses there was used a qualitative analysis (descriptive case study), witch was based on document analysis and interview with an employee of marketing department of company. Results: The results showed that marketing management of sports brand Nike in the Czech Republic is on a high level. This fact is mainly a consequence of its global and stable position on a worldwide market. For the reason, that its daughter company Nike CZECH, s. r. o. has been presented on Czech market since 2011, there are many possibilities to improve its marketing management with respect to local specifics. It contains mainly expansion of official shops in the Czech Republic, extensions of brand series, improvements of a communication strategy, sponsorship, changes in an organisation structure and reviews of a brand success. Title: Marketing plan of Lady fitness Objectives: The aim of this work is to create marketing plan for fitness company Lady fitness, which provides fitness services exclusively for women. Hypothesis is that Lady fitness doesn't deal with marketing planning. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative methods were used in this thesis. The main methods used in this work include a questionnaire, qualitative interviews, SWOT analysis, an informal interview and STEP analysis. Results: The author made detailed analysis of Lady fitness and it was found the marketing of the company was a great failure. The author created a marketing plan for next year. Based on the SWOT analysis methods, STEP analysis, competitive analysis and in- depth interview work brings an analysis of the external and internal environment of the department. The benefit of my thesis are recommendations to improve the golf complex marketing strategy in a competitive environment.

Title: Effecienty of communication campaign by PumaOne tour Objectives: The object of my bachelor thesis is to suggest recommendation for development of PumaFuture tour 2018 communication campaign, that will be evalueted by effeciency of communication campaign for PumaOne tour 2017. Methods: Multiple methods of qualitative analysis were used in the research section of the thesis. The communication campaign was analyzed using a case study, direct observation, and document analysis. The data collection process was facilitated by a mid-structured interview with an employee of the marketing department of Puma Czech Republic. Title of the thesis: Marketing communication of the club TJ Pedro Pérez Chodov toward the fans Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to determine the current situation of marketing communication of the club Pedro Pérez Chodov toward the fans and point to the proposals, which would lead to its improvement. Methods: Written interview, personal interview, situation analysis, evaluation and interpretation of facts. Results: By using the information obtained from the research, there was found, that the current marketing communication of the club TJ JM Pedro Pérez Chodov is sufficient. Despite the fact, there are still some areas for progress. Therefore there are presented proposals that could lead to an improvement of the current marketing communication toward the fans. Marketing research of customer satisfaction in selected Winter Hall

Title: Marketing research of customer satisfaction in selected Winter Hall Objectives: The main aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the satisfaction of visitors of public skating with the services provided at the Ludvík Košek Winter Hall in Turnov. On the basis of the results, suggestions and recommendations were developed to improve services. Methods: In the empirical part of the diploma thesis, quantitative-qualitative research was used. A written and electronic questionnaire designed for the stadium visitors was made in order to find out the satisfaction of the public skating visitors with the services provided at the Ludvík Košek Winter Hall in Turnov. Futhermore a semi-structured interview was conducted with the manager and semi-structured interviews with the stadium visitors were conducted to deepen the research. Results: The results of the research are represented by tables, graphs, classification crosses and diagrams. The results show that the stadium visitors are quite satisfied with the services. Visitors are most satisfied with the location of the stadium, the cleanliness of the lobby and reception. On the contrary, the worst rating is the opening hours and refreshments.
