Fuel elements thermal field analysis

The purpose of this thesis is to describe calculation procedures of fuel element thermal field analysis. The next is VVER-440 fuel element solution for selected operating conditions. These solutions are also made numerically with ANSYS. The importance of each effect on solution is assessed in thesis. The possibilities of some simplifications are also assessed.

Analysis of accessory costs of budget

The purpose of this diploma thesis was to clarify the problematics of other costs of the construction budget and to create its own percentage tariffs for survey, geodetic and project work. The methodology used in the numerical part of the thesis was based on existing knowledge. The basis of all calculations were the budgets of civic amenities provided by the municipal authorities. The result of the work are the calculated tariffs of the relevant works and their ratio to the total ancillary and other costs of the construction budget. The work also finds out what are the most common ways of valuing work in the phase of creating an offer from the perspective of suppliers.

Cost analysis of a smart house

The bachelor thesis focuses on cost analysis of smart house. It describes the gradual development of technologies that have affected today's smart homes. The thesis also shows the possibilities that these systems offer to users. The use of these technologies and their interconnection is explained in more detail in order to save electricity and household finances. It also contains a description of the potential risks of attacking the aforementioned systems by unauthorized persons. The practical part deals with experimental measurements on a model of a room equipped with smart devices.

Diploma thesis contains a design the plumbing and gas installations in the industrial building. The theoretical part deals with the use of rainwater in the building as the process water and the experimental determination of the flow rate and water needs for the manufacturing and storage hall with built-office. The calculation part deals with the design of variants of plumbing and gas installations in the building manufacturing and storage hall with built-office. The practical part contains a design and project documentation of selected variants plumbing and gas installations in the manufacturing and storage hall with built-office, and the use of rainwater in this type of building.

Comparison of Offering Property Prices in CZ - AU Border Areas

The aim of this work is to compare family houses prices and analyse real estate markets in the Czech Republic - Austria border areas. The prices of property are compared in two ways: by residental areas and the method of comparing difference index. It has been found, that the property prices in Austria are higher than the property prices in the Czech Republic. As well as, necessary costs associated with a purchase are higher. Nevertheless from the perspective of a possible slump in prices, a purchase of real estate in Austria is a more secure investment.

Práce je věnována příčinám a důsledkům softwarového pirátství. Podává přehled definic a typologie softwarového pirátství, přehled historie vývoje sledované problematiky i důvodů a podmínek vzniku softwarového pirátství. Rozebírá vztah softwarového pirátství k informačnímu průmyslu. Prezentuje vybrané mezinárodní a státními organizace, které se touto problematikou zabývají. Analyzuje otázky související s legalitou softwarových prostředků. Popisuje jednotlivé druhy metod a postupů softwarového pirátství. Ve svém závěru hodnotí druhy nákladů na ochranu dat a vliv těchto nákladů na výsledné ceny softwaru.

Public opinion towards drug compsumption rooms among Prague's inhabitans

The thesis deals with the issue of establishment of the supervised injecting center for the drug users in the Czech Republic. Target of thesis is monitor public opinion on drug consumption rooms among inhabitants of the capital city Prague. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of terms related to tertiary prevention of addictive behavior, especially the priciples of the Public Health and the Harm Reduction. The theoretical part also includes information about practice of existing grug consumption rooms in the Word and Czech Republic possibilities to the establishment of the supervised injecting center. The research probe detects with questionnaire method the opinion on the drug consumption rooms in the sample of Prague residents. The investigation was partially complemented by an analysis of online discussions of Internet information articles from the year 2013 of the subjekt the establishment of drug consumption room in Prague. The results show that more than half of survey respondents agree with the introduction of drug consumption room in the capital city Prague. The results are significant diferences in the qualitative responses reasons of agreement or disagreement with the establishment of services between respondent of questionaire and debaters of online discussions. Petra Holcnerová Assessment of the Accessibility of Non-Online Clinics for Tobacco Smokers in the Czech Republic In the Czech Republic, there is a network of medical centers for the treatment of tobacco addiction. This network is supplemented by cooperating clinics for smokers. This thesis surveys the availability of these clinics for regular smokers, excluding intentionally the online help centers. The basic objective of the thesis is to survey the availability of such clinics in the individual regions of the Czech Republic and to test whether these clinics (listed in an online register) are actually active in providing services to potential clients. The data used for this research were obtained via mystery shopping method using a set of strictly defined rules. Based on the research output and its analysis, the thesis presents a thorough assessment of the clinics' services to clients, e.g. whether they cater to clients coming from the particular region or whether they are open to any client regardless of his domicile.
