Financial Reporting in China

The scope of the thesis is to present current rules of financial reporting of the Peoples Republic of China so-called China mainland and to provide general insight on the topic. The thesis firstly describes development of Chinese financial reporting, presents objective, role and users of financial reports in China, covers current principles of financial reporting in China, presents the differences between Chinese Accounting Standards and International Standards of Financial Reporting, introduce the reasons behind the differences and presents impact of Chinese culture on financial reporting. The objective of the research is not Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China Hong Kong, neither Macao.

TITLE: Developing activity and creativity in teaching fractions in grades 6 to 7 AUTHOR: Bc. Lenka Svobodová DEPARTMENT: Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Education SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Marie Tichá, CSc. ABSTRACT: The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part looks at the cognitive process of pupils and possible ways of their motivation during fractions teaching. Furthermore, it outlines causes of lack of understanding of fractions and re-education interventions. The empirical part is based on a qualitative research whose main objective was to determine how the pupils are able to solve fractions exercises independently and creatively and what mistakes they make. Various methods of data collection were used, such as interview with teachers on issues of fractions teaching in elementary schools, non- standardised test with fractions exercises and additional interview with the tested pupils. Typology of Golf Courses in Czechia

The aim of this thesis is to determine in which areas of the Czech Republic golf courses are being built, how large areas are occupied by their construction and if there are any observable trends in construction of golf courses in more than one-hundred-year history of these grounds in the Czech Republic. The study is divided into several parts. The first part is dedicated to brief description of golf courses from different points of view. The second key part evaluates the land use of these courses and suggests several aspects of creating their typology, it also deals with their tax efficeincy and it suggests areas which are suitable for golf courses construction. The study also contains a case study of two typologically different courses - Čertovo Břemeno and Kynžvart. The benefit of this thesis should creating a complete database of all land parcels in the area of golf courses in the Czech Republic, including their land use, and creating a map with different features of these golf courses. Golf tourism in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the golf tourism in the Czech Republic. It is one of the other options for tourism development in the Czech Republic and it is also the fastest developing industry which has not been paid adequate attention in the Czech Republic yet. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the Czech Republic as a golf destination and to outline other options for its developement. The thesis evaluates golf courses and their complementary services. The thesis includes the golf courses database of the whole territory of the Czech Republic. The work includes the promotion of the Czech Republic as a golf destination abroad and maps offers of touroperators specializing in this branch of tourism. The Czech Republic offers ideal opportunities to create so called golf packages, in which golf is combined with another attractive service for tourists. It is one of the ways how to compete with the golf developed countries. Golf courses in Hodkovičky in Prague and Vysoký Újezd were chosen as examples, where the questionnaire survey collected information about visitors. Christian religion in the relationship to handicaped people

Thesis "Christian faith in relation to disabled people" is about the life of the physically or mentally disabled people and their position in society throughout history. Displays a change of view on them, which occurred with the advent of Christianity, when Jesus's miracles of healing and love for your fellow man was a charity activity of the Church and its institutions. The work is also focused on the relationship of people to the Christian faith as a potential resource recovery. Listed are the characteristic species of folk belief, which may change in superstition. Mentioned is the current view of the Church on disability and mental illness from the point of view of Canon law and practice and the role of religious communities in the healing by faith. Effectiveness of Czech social and migration policy claims to separated children

The children and youth unaccompanied by parents or other legal guardians are called separated children or unaccompanied minors in the Czech Republic. The questions of separated children have been met in the Czech Republic since the end of 90s, when these questions have begun to be systematically solved together with questions of children social and legal protection. The unaccompanied minors are highly protected because of their age, the situation in which they are and for the reason of international treaties, pacts and conventions and the Czech law. The separated children care system, its progress, description, process and quality with the inclusion of its international and the Czech legal framework, are described in this thesis. The separated children care system (for purpose of this thesis) is process which starts from identification of unaccompanied minors, continue by social and legal protection and institutional care of this children and is over when they get full age. The main aim of this thesis was to find out how the Czech social and migration policy claims to separated children, if it is sufficient in the using of care system which is provided to unaccompanied minors. Programm of effective learning as a part of learning competency development

The objective of the thesis was to form the programm concept for effective learning development. After charting the theory we drew following conclusion: the sufficient help in learning competencies development could be provided by specific offer of influencing the learning strategies technique of student. As a concrete form we chose 2 - days training tested in 7. classes in Basic school Praha - Klanovice. There were following essential bases for the training: 1) pedagogical - psychological diagnostics - simplified version applicable for teacher work 2) introduction to psychology of learning - the bases of grounds of learning psychology was provided to children ( suitable to their age) 3) planing as supposal of effective learning - suitable skills 4) correction of deficiencies - designation of impropriate strategie of learning and follow-on formation of new, more effective ones. We consider the 2 - days traning to be contributing in the sense of formation student's preparedness to the next wilful influencing his learning process.

73 LEGAL REGULATIONS OF BEEKEEPING SUMMARY Beekeeping is one of the oldiest hobbies all aroud the world. People used to breed bees many many years ago and it caused a necessity to regulate the relationships between beekeepers and between beekeepers and the state by law. First proper beelaw originated in the time of Marie Terezie in the 18th century. Later on was beekeeping regulated in many fractional laws, but the most important was the Civil code, which we still use nowadays. This code solves the most important questions of beekeeping as the possesion of bees and lhe liabilitity of beekeepers. The codes have to protect bees on one side and also people on the other side. Bees have to be protected from different kinds of fertilizers which are often used to keep plants fresh and healthy. The planters must obey several rules and in case of breaking these rules they can be punished. If the protection of people is concerned, the beekeepers must be careful where to put their hives, so that the bees don't disturbe other people too much. If the beedisturbing is untolerable, the beekeeper can be brought to the court. The beekeepers have to take care of their bees properly.
