The aim of this thesis is addressing the challenge of industrial practice. Deals with the design of a dedicated automatic machine is used to bend semifinished products for the production of confectionery peaks. The work includes analysis of bending technology and the applicability of the possibilities for structural parts of the machine. Furthermore, the work deals with construction machinery and calculation parameters and some important parts. Finally, the design of a machine control system and the creation of the pneumatic diagram.

Design of core shooting machine with a fixed head

This work deals with shooting machines with fixed head engineering design. The first part follows up purpose of cores using in the foundry industry and its development. Marginally addresses problems arising in the foundry industry related to the environment and then comparing shooting machines used for the cores production. The work includes a three-dimensional structural model of shooting machine describing the various parts, strength calculations and detailed design of machine worktable.

Modification of 3D milling machine to 3D printer

This work deals with the possibility of reconstruction of 3D milling machine into 3D printer. The first part is devoted to the search of possible printing heads for the use in the milling machine. This section also describes the most widely used 3D printing technology. Another part addresses proposal of connection of printing head into milling machine. The last section describes the control options of 3D printers and printing head.

The design of sand mixer with output range 1-3 TPH

This thesis follows up detailed design of continuous mixer. This device is used for creation of a molding mixture that is sand based and used in foundry. There are developed individual device knots from the perspective of construction, in this thesis. The result of the thesis is a 3D model of entire device and drawings of selected parts.

Search in field of core shooter machines

This thesis deals with construction and technology of core shooter machines. Thesis contains basic characteristics of machines and overview of world manufacturers. The machines are compared in terms of arrangement and used equipment. For completeness, there is focus on single core production technology, preparation of raw materials and manufacturing automation. In conclusion there is assessment of the current situation and view on future developments in this area.

Automatic profile insertion

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is a design of automatized feeder of plastic "L" profiles to the beginnig of the bonding line LPR400-14/AS. The first part of this thesis contains an analysis of usable design variants. The second part deals with the choice of the most convenient variant and it also contains basic kinematic, dynamic and construction calculations. In the attachment of the thesis there is a 3D model of the whole machine created in the SolidWorks 2010.
