The Still evolving Principle of Universal Jurisdiction

The present study describes the nature, scope and application of universal jurisdiction as an important tool against impunity in international criminal law, in a straight forward manner, where inquiry into the recent developments of universal jurisdiction is undertaken. Forthwith, the formation of the principle of universal jurisdiction - especially its practical application - must be guided by international consensus, not through advocacy action of states with short term and narrow objectives. The thesis seeks to identify and observe how far the law of universal jurisdiction has actually evolved and how far we should expect it to evolve in the near future, considering its restrains and challenges. It is argued that the concept of state sovereignty, which constitutes the greatest impediment on the exercise of universal jurisdiction, has seen various changes to its fundamentals elements in the 21st Century. The aim is to look at the universality principle, not as an isolated part, but as part of a broader framework in modern international law and thus special attention is given to the relationship between universal jurisdiction and the principle of aut dedere aut judicare. Neolithic settlement at Čelákovice and its neighbourhood

The subject of this work is the settlement of Čelákovice and its neigbour districts during the time of Linear pottery culture and Stroked Pottery culture. Many researches (both older and younger) of this region are still waiting for processing. The main subject of this work lies on list of localities and its detailed study.Individual chapters are dedicated to history of researches, natural environment and used methods. The principal aim of my thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company Miss Claire, L.L.C. in the years 2005 - 2007“. On the basis of my results I define strong and week points of the company. The Interpretation of financial results and selection of optimal suggestions and solutions of problematic parts is not easy. Therefore I’m conscious that just in this area can appear some imperfections. In spite of this I hope that my thesis will be contributing and that will help to improve the financial situation of the Miss Claire L.L.C.
Demonstration IVI drivers National Instrument's technology

This thesis treats IVI drivers, their advantages and origins. It describes program demonstrating IVI Engine work, which was part of the assignment. Furthermore are described program properties, functions and algorithms. There is also described way of working with attributes (adding, editing and deletion) in Labwindows/CVI, brief chapter about IVI Foundation and description of digital multimeter driver made for demonstration purposes. Also, results and control measurement procedures, with which presented IVI drivers features were checked, were described. Lastly, achieved results and possible enhacements are presented.
Analysis of the Selected Firm

The diploma thesis aims at analyzing Miss Claire Ltd., a distributor of perfumes and cosmetic goods. The situation of external and internal environment is described based on Porter Value Chain, indicators of financial analysis, PESTE and SWOT matrix. GE model and BCG matrix serve as complementary tools. All suggested strategies fulfill SMART criteria as well as strategic goal of Miss Claire Ltd, which is achievement of profitability and stabilization of market position.
Features real-time operating system for LabVIEW

This thesis deals with certain properties of real time operating systems (RTOS) Ardence PharLap ETS, WindRiver VxWorks and LabVIEW RT module. Three methodologies of RTOS quality comparison are proposed, two of which are practically tested with described experiments on CompactRIO hardware from NI. Furthermore, there is explained need for RTOS usage and experimental comparison of jitter error influence on total harmonic distortion THD defined by two definitions.
