Comparation of care of employees in the field of services and manufacturing

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the care of employees in the field of services and manufacturing. As a representative of the service providers is chosen Aquapalace Hotel Prague. Four-star hotel near Prague. In the field of manufacturing is chosen Skoda Electric a.s.. A company involved in the production of trolleybuses and electric components for train and suburban vehicles based in Pilsen. The theoretical part is dedicated to working conditions, development and training of employees, remuneration and benefits. Based on interviews with representatives of Aquapalace Hotel Prague and Skoda Electric a.s. I describe in the practical part, what are the working conditions in the given enterprises, how the training and rewarding of employees are in real practice and what benefits employers offer.
Employment of people with mental disorders

This thesis deals with an issue of employment of people with mental disorders. The goal of thesis is to describe and to map mental disorders and to point out their maladaptive behaviors. Also to show possibilities of communication in working environment with people with mental disorders and to highlight opportunities of employment in the labor market. The issue is subsequently evaluated with use of questionnaire surveys and interviews with experts in the topic. The thesis is divided into two parts, in theoretical part are explained concepts related to mental illnesses and in practical part is described cooperation with organization Green Doors.
Employee Training and Development in B. Braun Medical s.r.o.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of employee education and development in B. Braun Medical s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to describe the internal education and development system including analyzing the employee satisfaction with the setting and practical functioning of this system. There was performed a survey amongst employees of this company in order to gather all the necessary information. The outcomes are suddenly summarized using SWOT analysis. This thesis is divided into two main parts, one part is theoretical and the other one is empirical. The theoretical part describes mainly the processing of company education system and the empirical one explains the reality by way of an example of the analyzed company. The biggest merit of this thesis is to make a suggestion of necessary measures that could lead to improving the current processes concerning employee education and development within the given company.
Job motivation as the key factor of effective management in market conditions.

The bachelor paper addresses the system of job motivation of the PJSC "Sberbank" employees, the subject of the research is to analyze the process of developing an optimal system of job motivation for enterprise employees in market conditions, using the example of the PJSC "Sberbank". The aim of the research is to provide recommendations for the improvement of job motivation for the employees of the PJSC "Sberbank". To achieve the main aim of the research a thorough analysis of the system of job motivation of the personnel at the given enterprise was carried out, for a more detailed examination a survey of 57 employees of the bank's various structural units was conducted. The paper is divided into 3 main chapters. In the first chapter the system and the elements of employee motivation, as well as contextual and procedural theories of job motivation of the personnel are analyzed. The second chapter is devoted to the general description of the public joint-stock company "Sberbank". In the third chapter the recommendations for the improvement of the system of job motivation at the PJSC "Sberbank" are formulated.
Comparison of the recruitment process in private and public sector

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the recruitment process in the private and public sector and to compare its complexity, flexibility and efficiency. Based on a comparative analysis, these approaches to employee recruitment and selection will be compared across two completely different employment environments, including the privately-owned transnational company Clearstream, s.r.o. on one hand, and the Revenue Authority in Prague on the other. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical definition of the issue of recruitment and selection of workers. The practical part deals with the analysis of the recruitment and selection of employees in the private and public sector. The attractiveness of these institutions on the labor market and the different approaches to recruitment are assessed on the basis of data obtained through systematic observation of practices and studies of relevant internal resources. The conclusion of the practical part is the deduction of the main differences between the private and public sector, the evaluation of suitability and effectiveness of used methods and recommendations leading to the possible improvement of the recruitment processes.
Employer branding in its analysis in the particular company

The master thesis is focused on employer branding in the company the Heineken Czech Republic. The aim of the theoretical part is to summarize and describe the main concepts and approaches concerning the employer branding on the basis of foreign and Czech scientific literature and thematic articles. The practical part will be focused on employer branding analysis at the Heineken Czech Republic. Information on building an employer's brand in the company will be identified through questionnaire survey and interviews with key actors in the company who play a vital role in creating an employer brand through both in-house and outsourced activities. Finally, I evaluate the issue of the employer branding in particular company, identify shortcomings and opportunities and at the and suggest few recommendations and possible steps to improve.
Sect in a modern society and their influence on pupils (schools options in the field of protecting pupils from the influence of sects)

This doctoral thesis deals with the topic "Sects in a modern society and their influence on pupils" (school's options in the field of protecting pupils from the influence of sects). The main aim of the dissertation thesis is to map the sect issue and first of all the options of protection from their negative influences. To reach this aim, partial goals were set, which form the content structure of the thesis. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first two should theoretically support the experimental part of the thesis, in which a pedagogical research in form of questionnaires at elementary and grammar schools was done. The questionnaires were focused on the knowledge of pupils and students about sects, their awareness and on finding out the real range of education about sects. Contribution of the thesis itself, elaborated in the remaining chapters, lies in the evaluation of mutual relation and intersection of official and practical educational materials, assessment of the research on pupils' knowledge of the sect issue, assessment of the approach to protection of pupils and in a proposal of a new educational model for protecting pupils from the influences of sects, applicable in educational practices.
Entrepreneurship in continuing education

Předložená rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou podnikatelské činnosti v dalším vzdělávání dospělých. Autor práce se snažil postihnout specifika podnikání v této oblasti z různých úhlů pohledu, zejména ekonomie, podnikové ekonomie, teorie managementu, marketingu, personálního a andragogického. Vycházel při tom ze zkušenosti manažera vzdělávání, zejména ze současné pracovní pozice v Institutu celoživotního vzdělávání v Havířově (ICV). Společnost ICV Havířov vznikla jako obecně prospěšná společnost před více než pěti lety a začala se orientovat na trh dalšího vzdělávání dospělých. Nejprve prováděla rekvalifikační studia pro horníky a další dělnická povolání, posléze začala zaměřovat své aktivity i na další tržní segmenty. V současnosti jsou její hlavni cílovou skupinou zaměstnanci veřejné správy. Vzdělávání této skupiny je velmi specifické a je podřízeno akreditačnímu řízení na MV CR. Přestože se ICV nezříká působení ani v ostatních vzdělávacích oblastech, tak jejím hlavním cílem je vzdělávání výše jmenované specifické skupiny, a to v cele šíři tohoto segmentu. V této oblasti chce zaujmout jedno z předních míst na českém trhu a vzdělávací službu přizpůsobit co nejlépe potřebám úředníků a co nejvíce ji přiblížit k místu jejich pracovního působení. The theoretical part describes the field of personnel policy, focusing on the issue of finding employees. The Master´s thesis is focused on the work headhunting companies in comparison with the work of employment agencies. The aim of my work is verify possibility to determine the situations in which it is more efficient to use the method of direct systematic search and when the classical method of recruitment. In my work I analyze not only the management of human resources but also the functioning of the personnel departments of companies with reference to personal marketing. The Master´s thesis is also supplemented with practical knowledge and the final section describe the outcome of the survey
