Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat proces náboru v soukromé a státní sféře a porovnat jeho komplexnost, pružnost a efektivnost. Na základě provedené komparativní analýzy budou tyto přístupy k získávání a výběru zaměstnanců porovnány v rámci dvou zcela odlišných prostředí pro zaměstnávání zaměstnanců, a to v soukromé nadnárodní společnosti Clearstream, s.r.o. na jedné straně a Finančním úřadě pro hl. město Prahu na straně druhé. První část této práce se zabývá teoretickým vymezením problematiky získávání a výběru pracovníků. Praktická část se věnuje analýze získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v soukromé a státní sféře. Na základě dat získaných systematickým pozorováním praktických postupů a studií příslušných interních zdrojů je posouzena atraktivita těchto institucí na trhu práce a odlišné přístupy k náboru pracovníků. Vyústěním praktické části je vyvození základních rozdílů mezi soukromou a státní sférou, zhodnocení vhodnosti a efektivity využívaných metod a doporučení vedoucí k případnému zlepšení přijímacích procesů. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the recruitment process in the private and public sector and to compare its complexity, flexibility and efficiency. Based on a comparative analysis, these approaches to employee recruitment and selection will be compared across two completely different employment environments, including the privately-owned transnational company Clearstream, s.r.o. on one hand, and the Revenue Authority in Prague on the other. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical definition of the issue of recruitment and selection of workers. The practical part deals with the analysis of the recruitment and selection of employees in the private and public sector. The attractiveness of these institutions on the labor market and the different approaches to recruitment are assessed on the basis of data obtained through systematic observation of practices and studies of relevant internal resources. The conclusion of the practical part is the deduction of the main differences between the private and public sector, the evaluation of suitability and effectiveness of used methods and recommendations leading to the possible improvement of the recruitment processes.
