Teoretická část této práce popisuje obor personální politiky se zaměřením na problematiku vyhledávání zaměstnanců. Práce je zaměřena na práci headhuntingových společností v porovnání s prací personálních agentur. Cílem mé práce je ověřit, zdali je možné stanovit situace, ve kterých je efektivnější použít metodu přímého systematického vyhledávání a kdy naopak metodu klasického náboru zaměstnanců. Ve své práci rozebírám nejen řízení lidských zdrojů obecně, ale i fungování personálních oddělení firem s odkazem na personální marketing. Práce je také doplněna o praktické poznatky a v závěrečné části je popsán výsledek dotazníkového šetření. The theoretical part describes the field of personnel policy, focusing on the issue of finding employees. The Master´s thesis is focused on the work headhunting companies in comparison with the work of employment agencies. The aim of my work is verify possibility to determine the situations in which it is more efficient to use the method of direct systematic search and when the classical method of recruitment. In my work I analyze not only the management of human resources but also the functioning of the personnel departments of companies with reference to personal marketing. The Master´s thesis is also supplemented with practical knowledge and the final section describe the outcome of the survey
