Bakalářské kniha se zabývá systém pracovní motivace PJSC "Sberbank" zaměstnanců, předmětem výzkumu je analyzovat proces vzniku optimální systém pracovní motivace zaměstnanců podniku v podmínkách trhu, na příkladu z PJSC "Sberbank". Cílem výzkumu je poskytnout doporučení pro zlepšení práce motivace pro zaměstnance PJSC "Sberbank". K dosažení hlavního cíle výzkumu a důkladné analýze systému práce motivace zaměstnanců v daném podniku bylo provedeno, pro podrobnější vyšetření průzkumu 57 zaměstnanců banky různých strukturních jednotek byl proveden. Papír je rozdělen do 3 hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole systém a prvky motivace zaměstnanců, stejně jako kontextové a procesní teorie pracovní motivace pracovníků jsou analyzovány. Druhá kapitola je věnována obecnému popisu veřejné akciové společnosti "Spořitelna". Ve třetí kapitole doporučení pro zlepšení systému práce motivace v PJSC "Sberbank" jsou formulovány. The bachelor paper addresses the system of job motivation of the PJSC "Sberbank" employees, the subject of the research is to analyze the process of developing an optimal system of job motivation for enterprise employees in market conditions, using the example of the PJSC "Sberbank". The aim of the research is to provide recommendations for the improvement of job motivation for the employees of the PJSC "Sberbank". To achieve the main aim of the research a thorough analysis of the system of job motivation of the personnel at the given enterprise was carried out, for a more detailed examination a survey of 57 employees of the bank's various structural units was conducted. The paper is divided into 3 main chapters. In the first chapter the system and the elements of employee motivation, as well as contextual and procedural theories of job motivation of the personnel are analyzed. The second chapter is devoted to the general description of the public joint-stock company "Sberbank". In the third chapter the recommendations for the improvement of the system of job motivation at the PJSC "Sberbank" are formulated.
