Identifying Negatives and their Storage Methods Based on Type of Film Support
Cíglerová, Tereza ; Doležalová, Kateřina
The conservation procedure presents the methods of identifying photographic negatives on polymer supports , especially by means of a cellulose nitrate base and cellulose acetate base, and the choice of various techniques on the basis of various factors, such as the collection’s size and physical condition, the workspace’s available equipment, the financial and time availability or the experiences of the identifying persons. For their indisputable informational value, the conservationist approach favors pilot survey which provides the initial idea about the collection’s material and physical composition and then helps with the choice of identification methods applied during the research phase. In the second part, the methodology focuses on the issues associated with long-term storage of the negatives and compares their recommended standards with the actual means at the disposal of minor institutions. It also proposes fitting, or at least acceptable, solutions.

Halounková, Markéta ; Krištofič, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Doležalová, Kateřina (referee)
Title: Comparing the results of fitness tests of young gymnasts with the values recommended by FIG Objectives: The objective of this work is to compare the results of selected motoric tests from the official material of FIG with the same tests measured with young gymnasts in a sports facility called Jojo Gym in Dobřichovice. Methods: The thesis is of comparative character - the results of motoric tests presented in the official materials of FIG are compared with the measured values of young gymnasts at a structured performance level. The major method used to obtain the data from motoric tests is measurement. Selected gymnastics tests are targeted mainly at the diagnosis of speed-strength skills and flexibility. It is a one-time measurement. Results: Except for one test, the gymnasts did not reach the values given in the official materials of FIG. The formulated academic question was confirmed mainly by the fitness tests 1 to 4, when the groups with lower practice intensity reached significantly worse results in comparison with the group with higher practice intensity. Keywords: gymnastics, talented youth, FIG, motoric skills

The Intervention program was identical to the evaluation test battery consisting of 6 motor tests, 4 standardized and 2 non-standardized. For standardized test we compared the results to the results of general population. Methods: In order to obtain data on the level of joint mobility of the test group, motor tests focused on the diagnosis of flexibility were used. The first measuring took place in January, the second after 5 months in June. Two groups of 7th grade girls were tested. One of the groups consisted of girls with studying focus in the musical art the second group had no specific studying focus. Six motor tests were used: Lasegue test, Thomayer test, shoulder girdle muscle test, Zitek test, gymnastics split and bridge. After the first measurement, the experimental group was determined by the worse measured values which had the intervention program included in physical education lessons twice in one lesson while the control group only once. Results: In Results after following the intervention program were as follows, more than...

6 ABSTRACT Tittle: Effect of Static and Dynamic Stretching on the Performance of Cadet Category in Competitive Aerobics Objectives: The aim of the work is to find out the type, method and use of static and dynamic stretching in the training of cadet girls in the training of sports aerobics through the opinions of competitive aerobics coaches. The theoretical part consists of research on the issue. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey and an interview are used, conducted in person by the author of the diploma thesis or sent by e-mail, or conducted by telephone or otherwise online. The outputs from this questionnaire + interview are analyzed, compared and evaluated with specific clear outputs. Methods: The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part, while the theoretical part is conceived descriptively. The research part uses the method of qualitative research - a questionnaire. Competitive aerobics coaches are interviewed through a questionnaire and in the form of a guided interview. The interview is conducted in person, according to the prepared questions, and the answers are then logically sorted, evaluated and commented. Title: Influencing the level of musical-movements abilities with a new programme of musical-movement education in girls on the secondary school. Objectives: The aim of the work is to verify how the newly created programme of musical- movement education affects the level of selected musical and locomotory abilities of the pupils groups, aged 12-16 years. The partial goal is to assemble the intervention program of the modernized musical-movement education, fulfilling the current needs of girls of the given age and to create methodological materials for his teaching. Methods: To verify the level of musical-movements skills, all groups used a battery of musically-movements tests: rhythmic adaptability test, rhythmic perception test, dynamic equilibrium test, collective movement creativity test (Brtníková, 2009) and distinguishing the pitch of tone in the Bentley's test. For data analysis, the following tests were used: Shapiro-Wilk's test, Levene's test, Wilcoxon test, paired T-Test, Mann-Whitney U-Test. Intergroup differences were evaluated by the single-way and two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) in the statistical program R. Statistical relevancy and effect size has been done in the STATISTICA programme. Graphical representation through the boxplot and Q- Q chart. Results: The measured results of...

Title: Progress flexibility lower limbs in rhythmic gymnastics Objectives: The objective of this work is to determine the effectiveness of exercises for the development of flexibility of the lower limbs in modern gymnastics. Designed exercises were practiced 2-3 times a week. As it is a modern gymnastics, girls aged 5-7 were tested. This is because this sport starts in early age and flexibility is the key ability in performance evaluation. The objective was to find out which exercises that were designed were effective. That is, whether the girls have improved over the six months or not. Four measurements were realized, every two months. The first measurement was realized before the start of the exercise, the other two during the training period and the fourth was after 6 months, which was the final measurement. Methods: Four measurments were realized. First before the start of the training mobility plan and then every two months. From the results I calculated the improvement of girls between each measurement and finally also between the first and last measurement. I calculated average values of girls and average values of improvement. I used the field testing methods. Results: In my research I found that girls improved on average over six months. Furthermore, their extent has gradually improved....
The Aspect in Czech and the Possibilities of Its Expression in German Language
DOLEŽALOVÁ, Kateřina
This bachelor thesis deals with a research of morpho-syntactic category named verbal aspect. In contrast with Czech verb, German verb desiderates this category, so perfective and imperfective aspects must be expressed in different ways. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on identification of these ways while using specialised literature. The practical part of the thesis verifies if a category of verbal aspect does not really exist and is impossible to be expressed or if this category is not only grammaticalised. This verification is based on analysis of facts in parallel corpus Intercorp from Czech language to German language. The analysis of the corpus named DereKo only verifies chosen ways of expression of verbal aspect in German language.
