Use of ergotherapy in children's home

This bachelor's thesis called "Use ergotherapy in children's home" concerns subtitutional educational care with a special focus on children's home. Its theorecical part point sout specific features, typology and probleme of children who are involved in the substitutional educational care. It describes ergotherapy as a way of working with children placed in the children's home. It also describes how ergotherapy can be used for social skills development of the kids placed in these institutions due to the act number 109/2002. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis contains a suggestion of an ergotherapeutic programme which is focused both on an individul development as well as a group of children placed in the institutions of the substitutional educational care. The ergotherapeutic programme is designed for the communicational and cooperative development as well as establishing social interaction aminy children of the same age. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is creating a concept of an ergotherapeutic programme focused on development of the social skills such as communication, cooperation and establishing social interaction among children in children's homes. Bakalářská práce "Léčba alkoholové závislosti" definuje závislost na alkoholu a popisuje její vývoj. Další část textu charakterizuje systém péče o lidi závislé na alkoholu a popisuje také metody, které se při léčbě závislosti uplatňují. Teoretická část také představí tzv. Skálův model léčby, který Skála vytvořil v Apolináři. Praktická část líčí toto konkrétní zařízení a ukazuje, jak Skálův model funguje dnes. Praktická část dále ukazuje, jak se jednotlivé metody popsané v teoretické části práce využívají při ústavní střednědobé režimové léčbě a v ambulantním typu léčby alkoholové závislosti. V práci bude použita analýza odborné literatury, pozorování a rozhovory s personálem a pacienty Kliniky adiktologie. Applied cognitive behavioral analysis as an effective tool for the development of of communication skills and problem solving behavior in adolescents diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome

This Rigorosum Thesis work puts mind to questions how to effectively work with adolescents they were diagnosed with Aspereger's Syndrome. Based on author-led concrete development project, it proves the high efficiency of cognitive behavior techniques for the social learning and the training and improvement of communication skills or additionally for problem behavior solving. Together with those frequently used tools it shows other opportunities how to raise efficiency - especially of Kaizen principles application and of some Neuro-Linguistic- Programming techniques. Theoretical starting points are Structured Learning principles, Applied Behavior Analysis or more precisely Cognitive Behavior Therapy tools, Kirkpatrick four- level model of training processes effectiveness measurement, especially focused on the third level that means target group behavior changes on the daily basis, and Kaizen as a maker of extensive changes through continuous improvement which is frequently used so far for continuous improvement in industry. The efficiency of the author developed and led project is certified by 360degree feedback based on the competence model of one concrete secondary grammar school in Czech Republic which is opening to integrate students with diagnosed autistic spectrum disorders.

This theses focuses on the issue of study of foreigners from formal Soviet Union in the Czech Republic. The goal of this work is to analyse and evaluate steps on the student's journey from initial idea to study in the Czech Republic, through main obstacles that need to be overcome in the process to basic requirements and necessities that need to be fulfilled. These issues were analyzed in eight connected chapters, six theoretical and two practical. Results of the practical part uncover the most problematic areas a foreign student encounters during the study at the college in the Czech Republic. The paper also includes suggested solutions to these problems.
Social worker in youth drop-in centres / services

The diploma thesis "Social worker in youth drop-in centres / services" in the theoretical part delineates borders of the field ,,drop-in service" and describes the importance of contact workers in terms of reaching the true sense of the youth drop-in service. In the practical part it answers the research question: "Which positive and negative factors influence motivation for remaining in this field?" The answer has been found using open coding analytical tool of the Strauss and Corbin's Grounded Theory in responses of (the representative sample of) ten social workers, which have been active in youth drop-in service longer than two years. The important output from the practical part of the diploma thesis is the finding that there are many motivation factors, which can be influenced by social workers themselves or by their direct and/or indirect superiors. Final part of the diploma thesis presents the list of factors. They are classified from the point of view "we can/cannot do something with it". There is also recommendation for supporting the motivation of the social workers to remain in the youth drop-in services, especially by weakening negative factors and strengthening the positive ones.

Bakalářská práce "Divadlo Inventura" se zabývá detailním popisem souboru herců a hereček s mentálním postižením, mapuje jeho vývoj od založení v roce 2009 po současnost a zjišťuje, co je pro herce souboru v divadle důležité. V jednotlivých kapitolách líčí specifický způsob práce s herci s mentálním postižením skrze umělecké terapie, od dramaterapie, přes teatroterapii až po svébytný druh jevištního umění zvaného Outsider Art. Pro svoji práci jsem zvolila kvalitativní formu výzkumu, konkrétně intrinsitní typ případové studie. K jejímu zpracování jsem použila analýzu dokumentů, přímé i nepřímé pozorování a polostrukturované rozhovory s herci souboru. Benefit of dramatherapy for individual with learning disability

The bachelor's thesis deals with dramatherapy of the adult's with mild mental disability. There is analyzed the elementary terms of the mental retardation. The reader is introduced with the terms of dramatherapy, it 's definition, techniques. There is solving the specific access to people with mental disability. The goal of the bachelor 's thesis is to suggest a dramatherapheutical programme and check out in practise. This programme is concentrated on the adult's clientage with mild mental disabilities. There is use a structured observation. The main contribution of the bachelor's thesis is in creation of the dramatherapheutical programme with focus on development of the assertiveness and on development of the skills which are usable during travelling and shopping. We've discover that just a part of the clients can stand up for some human rights and interest. It recommends to develop the assertiveness again.
Using of bibliotherapy for pre-school children: Fairytale therapy

The bachelor thesis deals with using of fairytale therapy with pre-school children. Its aim is above all to draft suitable bibliotherapeutic techniques for working with pre-school children. The thesis also strives to introduce fairytale therapy as one of possible pedagogical and psychological way of working with children. It shows how to work with fairytale text with children, that have exactly defined areas of problems within the frame of their behaviour and mentality. The outcome of the project is suggestion of several bibliotherapeutic techniques, which use fairytales as valuable source for therapeutic work with children. These suggestions contain both recommended questions for fairytale text and description of following activities for bibliotherapeutic work with the kid. Additional literature for particular topics is also recommended. The thesis is theoretical and based on available bibliography concerning the topic.
Bibliotherapy with abandoned children

Bachelor thesis "Bibliotherapy with children in children's homes" is about using the bibliotherapy for children in children's homes. The main target is sum up all theoretic information of bibliotherapy and children's home and then makes a suggestion of suitable bibliotherapeutics techniques and literature for children, who live in children's homes. This project should use as a inspiration for specialist and all people, who would like to use bibliotherapy with abandoned children. The secondary target is to determine the availability of literature and materials related to bibliotherapy. The project is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with bibliotherapy, its theory and examples of application in practice in abroad and in the Czech Republic. The second chapter focuses on the children's homes and in particular the problems of children, who place there. The final chapter presents a proposal bibliotherapeutics techniques, tailored directly to the specific problems of children in children's homes. The result is a proposal bibliotherapeutics techniques and literature focused on specific problems of children in children's homes.
Use of bibliotherapy with drug addicted people

This work named 'The use of bibliotherapy in people with drug addiction' deals with bibliotherapy in specific kind of people who are drug addicts. In the work is shown theoretical knowledge of the problems with drug addiction, the issues of bibliotherapy and the experience in usually used techniques of bibliotherapy with the drug-addicted people. The work also contains lists of appropriate literature with the topic of addiction from a different perspective. The main aim of this work is to suggest suitable techniques which can help to drug-addicted people using the bibliotherapy. These techniques are not tested in practice.
