1 ABSTRAKT Práce se zaměřuje na přechod absolventů pedagogických oborů ze vzdělávání do pracovního života v České republice. Téma je jak teoreticky, tak empiricky zasazeno do širšího kontextu přechodu všech absolventů vysokých škol. Zdrojem dat pro analýzy je několik rozsáhlých datových souborů - databáze SIMS, která poskytuje přesné údaje o počtech absolventů, databáze o nezaměstnanosti absolventů vysokých škol a tří šetření absolventů vysokých škol - REFLEX 2013, Absolvent 2018 a EUROGRADUATE 2022. Klíčovou částí práce je vytvoření klasifikace pedagogických studijních programů a studijních oborů (dál jen SPO) a klasifikace pedagogických povolání. Zjištěno bylo, že počty absolventů pedagogických SPO prošly dynamickým vývojem. Masifikace vysokého školství však nevedla k výraznému nárůstu počtu absolventů učitelských SPO a v posledních letech negativně působí vliv slabých populačních ročníků. Samotný přechod absolventů je značně závislý na oborovém zaměření. Výsledky všech tří šetření absolventů jasně ukazují, že absolventi učitelských SPO mají krátce po absolvování až dvakrát větší podíl pracujících v pedagogických povoláních než absolventi neučitelských pedagogických SPO. Typ SPO ovlivňuje i následující profesní mobilitu. Odchod z pedagogických povolání se odehrává zejména díky odchodu na rodičovskou... 1 ABSTRACT The thesis focuses on the transition of graduates of education from education to working life in the Czech Republic. The topic is both theoretically and empirically set in the broader context of the transition of all higher education graduates. The sources of data for the analysis are several large datasets - the SIMS database, which provides accurate data on the number of graduates, the database on unemployment of higher education graduates, and three surveys of higher education graduates - REFLEX 2013, Absolvent 2018 and EUROGRADUATE 2022. Key part of the work is the establishment of a classification of pedagogical study programmes and fields of study (hereafter referred to as SPO) and a classification of pedagogical occupations. It was found that the numbers of graduates of pedagogical SPOs have undergone a dynamic development. However, the massification of higher education has not led to a significant increase in the number of teacher training SPO graduates, and in recent years the influence of weak population years has had a negative impact.
