Právo ve věku inteligentních strojů Abstrakt V úvodu disertační práce jsou naznačeny otázky, které jsou dále podrobněji pojednány v hlavním obsahu práce. Ten je rozdělen do tří hlavních částí, které se dále člení na kapitoly a podkapitoly. Každá část obsahuje dílčí závěr, kde jsou shrnuty poznatky z dané části. Práce je uzavřena závěrem, který dále doplňuje a rozvíjí tak dílčí závěry obsažené v práci. První část práce za zabývá pojmem umělá inteligence. V první kapitole tak jsou shrnuty základní definice tohoto pojmu, které se používají jak v počítačových vědách, tak i v právních textech. V druhé kapitole se práce zabývá vůbec vysvětlením pojmu inteligence a jejím jednotlivým dimenzím. Na tomto základě je následně pojem inteligence odlišen od jiných podobných pojmů jako mysl, myšlení nebo moudrost. Ve třetí kapitole první části je na pojem umělé inteligence nahlíženo optikou vybraných právních předpisů, a to konkrétně optikou českých právních předpisů, unijního práva a vybrané zahraniční právní úpravy, zejména z USA. V rámci českých právních předpisů je zkoumáno, zda již současné právní normy nějak definují umělou inteligenci, anebo zda z nich lze vyčíst nějaké definiční znaky umělé inteligence. Z pohledu unijní právní úrovně je pozornost věnována nařízení Evropské unie o umělé inteligenci. V rámci... Law in the age of intelligent machines Abstract The introductory part of this PhD thesis outlines the issues that are further discussed in more detail in further parts of the thesis. The thesis is divided into three main parts, which are further subdivided into chapters and subchapters. Each part contains a partial conclusion where the findings of that part are summarized. The thesis is then concluded with a conclusion which further complements and develops the partial conclusions from the three main parts of the thesis. The first part of the thesis deals with the concept of artificial intelligence. Thus, the first chapter summarizes the basic definitions of this concept, which are used both in computer science and in law. In the second chapter, the thesis deals with the explanation of the concept of intelligence in general and its different dimensions. On this basis, the concept of intelligence is then distinguished from other similar concepts such as mind, thinking or wisdom. In the third chapter of the first part, the concept of artificial intelligence is viewed through the lens of selected legal regulations, namely Czech law, EU law and selected foreign legislation, especially from the USA.
