Tato práce se zabývá evaluací ergoterapeutického programu vlastní konstrukce, který byl navržen jako podpora dětí s tělesným postižením při přechodu na základní školu. Cílem výzkumu je ověřit efektivitu tohoto programu. V rámci teoretického základu jsou zkoumány koncepty ergoterapie a fyzioterapie v pedagogickém prostředí, jejich roli v pediatrii a vliv tělesného postižení na školní adaptaci. Dále se zaměřuje na význam pohybu, senzorické integrace a wellbeingu ve vztahu k úspěšné adaptaci ve škole. Tranzice do základní školy u dítěte s tělesným postižením a příprava prostředí rodiny i samotného dítěte k tomuto kroku jsou dalšími tématy této práce. Další snahou je zjistit, zda může být program používán učiteli jako součást vzdělávacího kurikula. Tato závěrečná pasáž ukazuje, jak ergoterapeutický program může být integrován do běžného školního prostředí a jak může přispět k úspěšnému začlenění dětí s tělesným postižením do nového školního prostředí. Metodologická část popisuje použité metody výzkumu, včetně akčního evaluačního výzkumu a plán testování programu. V empirické části je pak představen samotný ergoterapeutický program, jeho aplikace v praxi a diskutuje se o jeho účinnosti na základě pozorovaných změn u dětí. This thesis deals with the evaluation of a self-designed occupational therapy programme to support children with physical disabilities in their transition to primary school. The aim of the research is to test the effectiveness of this programme. The theoretical background explores the concepts of occupational therapy and physiotherapy in educational settings, their role in paediatrics and the impact of physical disability on school adjustment. It also focuses on the importance of movement, sensory integration and well-being in relation to successful school adjustment. The transition to primary school for the child with physical disabilities and the preparation of the family environment and the child itself for this step are other topics of this thesis. A further aim is to determine whether the programme can be used by teachers as part of an educational curriculum. The final section shows how an occupational therapy programme can be integrated into the regular school environment and how it can contribute to the successful integration of children with physical disabilities into a new school environment.
