Diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací základní školy a OSPOD v rámci vzdělávání žáků se sociálním znevýhodněním. V teoretické části obsahuje poznatky o jedincích se sociálním znevýhodněním nejen v rámci školy a rodiny. Dále také to, jak by měla spolupráce základní školy a OSPOD probíhat, zejména co se týče náročných situací. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum realizovaný prostřednictvím semi-strukturovaných rozhovorů s pedagogickými pracovníky, jakožto zástupci škol, a se sociálními pracovníky, jakožto zástupci OSPOD. Rozhovory byly podrobeny obsahové analýze prostřednictvím otevřeného kódování. Cílem diplomové práce bylo popsat spolupráci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a základní školy nejen při řešení náročných situací, které se týkají žáků se sociálním znevýhodněním. Cílem bylo také zjistit, jaká jsou úskalí v rámci této spolupráce a co by na této spolupráci šlo zlepšovat. Spolupráce probíhá nejčastěji ve formě telefonické komunikace a výchovných komisí. Největším úskalím v této spolupráci je zpětná informovanost školy, která ze strany OSPOD probíhat nemůže. Na spolupráci je mnoho překážek, které musí jak učitelé, tak sociální pracovníci překonávat. Obě tyto instituce by se měly pravidelněji setkávat a předávat si informace i v rámci prevence, nejen v rámci problémových situací, aby... The diploma thesis focuses on the collaboration between primary schools and the authority for social and legal protection of children in educating socially disadvantaged pupils. The theoretical part discusses the challenges faced by socially disadvantaged individuals, not only in school and family environments but also in the context of cooperation between elementary schools and social-legal protection authorities, especially in difficult situations. The practical part includes qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with teachers, representing the schools, and social workers, representing the authority of social-legal protection of children, These interviews were analyzed using open coding for content analysis. The thesis aims to describe the cooperation between child protection bodies and primary schools, not just in addressing challenging situations involving socially disadvantaged pupils, but also to identify the challenges in this cooperation and suggest possible improvements. The collaboration usually occurs through telephone communication and educational committees.
