Diplomová práce Výhody a nevýhody vzdělávání žáků s mentálním postižením v samostatně zřizovaných třídách při ZŠ se zabývá problematikou tříd zřizovaných podle § 16 odst. 9 školského zákona při základní škole, konkrétně jejich výhodami a nevýhodami z hlediska speciální pedagogiky. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to na teoretickou část a část vlastního výzkumného šetření. Teoretická část je věnována člověku s mentálním postižením, vzdělávání žáků s mentálním postižením a spolupráci školy a rodiny žáka s mentálním postižením. Vlastní výzkum byl proveden formou kvalitativního šetření v podobě semistrukturovaných rozhovorů s dvanácti respondentkami. Část vlastního výzkumného šetření je věnována metodologii, prezentaci dat výzkumu, hlavnímu zjištění, diskuzi a doporučení do praxe. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit a následně porovnat výhody a nevýhody vzdělávání žáků s mentálním postižením ve třídách zřizovaných podle § 16 odst. 9 školského zákona při základní škole Kamýk nad Vltavou. Dílčím cílem diplomové práce je zjistit hlavní důvody, proč se rodiče žáků s mentálním postižením rozhodli pro vzdělávání jejich dítěte ve třídě zřizované podle § 16 odst. 9 školského zákona při základní škole. This thesis Advantages and disadvantages of educating pupils with intellectual disabilities in independently established classes at elementary school deals with the issue of classes established according to Section 16, paragraph 9 of the School Act at elementary schools, specifically their advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of special education. The thesis is divided into two main parts: the theoretical part and the part of the own research investigation. The theoretical part is dedicated to individuals with intellectual disabilities, education of pupils with intellectual disabilities, and the collaboration between the school and the family of pupils with intellectual disabilities. The own research was conducted through qualitative investigation in the form of semi- structured interviews with twelve respondents. The part of the own research focuses on methodology, presentation of research data, main findings, discussion and recommendations for practice. The main objective of the thesis is to identify and subsequently compare the advantages and disadvantages of educating pupils with intellectual disabilities in classes established according to Section 16, paragraph 9 of the School Act at Kamýk nad Vltavou elementary school.
