Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců a návrh změn ve vybrané společnosti. Práce se rozděluje na tři části. První částí jsou teoretická východiska vycházející z odborných publikací zabývajících se tématem odměňování zaměstnanců. Druhá část je složena z analýzy současného systému odměňování a o působení vnitřních a vnějších faktorů na společnost, na kterou navazuje poslední část, která se zaměřuje na návrhy na opravu systému The bachelor thesis is focused on the system od remuneration for empoyees and the proposal of amendments in the selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part id focused on the theoretical foundations based on professional publications that deal with the fundamental topics which are oriented on employee remuneration. The second part is focused on analysis of the current remineration system, which is followed by the last part, which focuses on proposals for the repair of this system
