Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu spokojenosti zákazníků ve vybrané společnosti. V práci je za pomoci dotazníkového průzkumu analyzován současný stav spokojenosti zákazníků. Na základě téhle analýzy jsou poté uvedeny návrhy na opatření, které povedou ke zvýšení této spokojenosti. The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of customer satisfaction in a selected company. The thesis analyses the current state of customer satisfaction with the use of a questionnaire survey. Based on this analysis, proposals are then given for actions that will lead to an increase in satisfaction.
